I originally scheduled an appointment with Dr. Vega, but the office transferred my care to Dr. Hadden and then scheduled a sleep study and return the following week to review the results. I have a CPAP machine and my understanding is that the office is able to remotely adjust the settings when medically appropriate despite my ongoing problems the settings have not been corrected since the middle of June. I have called the office approximately six times trying to get this resolved. It is now August and I am still dealing with the same problem. Last night my CPAP reported approximately 17 events per hour and I'm exhausted and frustrated that I've been unable to get meaningful help. One of the biggest problems is trying to communicate with this office. The calls frequently go unanswered and I have spent excessive amounts of time on hold. This does not appear to be a practical way to leave a message for the doctor or clinical staff and I have been unable to find an email address where I can message explaining the problem. For a pulmonary and sleep medicine practice treating patients who depend on CPAP therapy I believe patient should have a reliable way to reach someone when their treatment is not working properly. I've given this office multiple opportunities to address the issue but after approximately two months and repeated phone calls, my CPAP problem remains unresolved. I am very Disappointed with a lack of follow-through and difficulty communicating with this office.

Despite having documented imaging (MRI/CT) of a back injury, the treatment feels dismissive. They lack flexibility with appointments and seem more focused on billing for notes and redundant vitals than on patient comfort or resolution. They even lost the record of a previous telehealth visit I had with the doctor. Once my current treatment is over, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this office if you want to feel heard and respected.
