The food is definitely something to praise too. I always end up eating nearly 2-3 all you can eat plates of bulgogi myself, their shrimp, and la galbi (beef short rib) are quite nice too. But the side dishes are my absolute favorite! Although the chicken and dipping sauces aren't something to fuss over, they're not horrible. Top recommendation: Bulgogi, la galbi & side dishes I'm looking forward to coming back again, and hopefully (unlike the many times before) I leave room for dessert! The steak with bao sliders were incredibly addictive to eat that we were sad to have run out of delicious vehicles to wrap the steak and toppings in. Two minor things I could critique on is being able to wipe down the tables or having an employee dedicated to bussing tables and only having 2 bathrooms that you're out of luck wanting to wash your hands if 2 customers decide to take 10 minutes to do their business.

My assumption is this is a cost saving approach -- and while I have no problem with that, transparency would be good for customers. Just list out what is included in the dish so no one is surprised. The ramen was disappointing. The broth came out clear (like water -- i wouldnt dare compare it to pho because pho broth is packed with flavor). There was absolutely no flavor. It was the only ramen on the menu that I could have (again not what I was told when I called). I asked for soy sauce, chili oil and even dumped the leftover sauce from my tempura into the liquid broth and still it could not be saved. The black garlic broth was also bland. Neither of us finished the meal. Service was slow, only one girl working the entire dining room, (it was a weekend so packed). We waited for a while, they forgot my milk tea and it was impossible to flag the waitress until the very end. The only plus, they are extremely generous with the eggs.

By the time I got it, it was watered down and sweating. I'm really disappointed. The whole point of ordering ahead and scheduling a pickup time is to avoid a long wait. A few minutes' delay is understandable, but 35 minutes past a pre-scheduled order is pretty ridiculous. I hope they improve how they handle pickup orders, because this experience makes me hesitant to order ahead again.

I had the chance to visit Dangki Fusion, a spot with a lot of potential that just needs a few tweaks to truly shine. The service was friendly and efficient. The staff were welcoming and attentive, which made for a pleasant dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is also great - cozy and modern, perfect for a casual meal or a get-together with friends. While the dishes were good, I feel there is room for improvement. The chicken, for example, could be elevated if the sauce was cooked onto it rather than just drizzled on top. I also believe that with a bit more love and attention to freshness, the food at Dangki Fusion could go from good to amazing. The ingredients should be as fresh as possible, and a bit more passion in the preparation would undoubtedly shine through in the taste. In summary, Dangki Fusion is a gem with a lot of potential. A slight revamp in the kitchen, focusing on cooking with love and ensuring the freshest ingredients, could make this place a must-visit in the area. One of my usual spots in the city-line area. Highly recommended - Dangki offers good portions and excellent quality all at a reasonable price making it a go-to stop for a lunch break or dinner. I've also always received great service when I've gone and I frequent Dangki fairly often.
