I also saw a regular who came in (postal worker) who had a pot pie that is, from what I heard everyone at the counter talking about, extremely popular. Apparently there was word that they're taking it off the menu, and two women sitting at the counter were politely "interrogating" the staff as to the truth of this rumor. The owner or head chef was regaling the women with the irony of their hot items being more popular in the summer than in the winter. The pot pie and one of their soups are apparently two items that fit that bill. It made for an interesting conversation! Really cool, casual place.
