I've always been heavy but never really did much to change. A few years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes, and tried for a year to lose weight to no avail. Last year I seen a video of accelerate performance commercial on Facebook with a not in shape person working out. I said to myself that's the type of gym that I would want to be a part of. They are not pushing the meat market, tight body. Since I have started With Accelerate Performance I am able to come off of the diabetic medication's. The Trainers at Accelerate Performance are the Bomb! Tamika and Hibran are knowledgeable, encouraging and yet push you to be better, not only physically but mentally. They help you to believe in yourself! I've been going twice a week for 1 hour and have lost over 60lbs. My body fat has dropped dramatically, my strength, endurance and cardio are amazingly high. My knee pain is gone as well. Tamika not only works you out but also guides with your nutritional needs. They started to do upgrades which I understand the hike in member prices but they got ridiculous. Annual fee ( $49) membership doubled. The staff doesn't have good customer service skills and they lie to members ( me) I had a worker tell me the annual fee did not include my type of membership . I doubled checked w manager about the price increase and annual fee and she said It included me too .. so i decided not to move forward . When I cancelled that same day they took out the annual fee. I got it resolved with my bank .. my friend surprised with me a month membership because she didn't know how terrible they are now. Then I went in asking if I would have any issues checking in for the month .. of course Octavio said no .. he didn't bother activating my account so.. I just tried to go in with my code and it says my account is not active ! I'm going to address it Monday because the staff now leaves at 12 pm weekends so if your code is not working or you can't login forget working out. I'm almost sure they won't even bother to make anything right . No contact number for help for after hours . Yay VF you are terrible . I truly don't recommend them , stay away .

My mother was a patient there and it was difficult to get her pain medication when needed. When this writer tried to contact the nursing station the phone was never answered. This writer experienced this issue on several occasions and hand to contact a different nursing station to obtain help for my mother. I realize that it is difficult to find staff at this time (during the pandemic); however unsafe staffing leads to patient harm. Get it together at the corporate level and start paying more to attract new staff. I am a retired RN and find this level of service appauling.
