So I appreciate the variety found in their section here. The only thing I don't like about this location are the constantly locked dressing rooms and having to ring the bell or hunt someone down to try on garments. Multiple people in the store told me what I was doing was fine already, its a normal exchange of full priced items, with tags, unworn that I happened to order with a 20% off coupon. I'm like "what? that's seems odd, what if something doesn't fit? "You can only return not exchange or you pay the difference." "What if something came damaged?" "You would have to return it, no exchange" What...? that's like the opposite of lululemons entire warranty policy. Also please note he is being rude, not even looking at me when saying this and just being dismissive and curt. At this point I'm anxious AF and want to get out of there so I end up just returning everything and leaving. I know I'm my gut he was wrong and I find the email with the coupon and what do I see?!
