Love, love, love this place! My daughter needed her first gymnastics leotard, and we didn't really know what we were going to be looking out for to begin with. We were helped right away, and found the greatest leotard. It's good that they have a changing room to try things on, though, because there are no refunds. Just exchanges. They are very strict with their exchange policy, so be sure to ask about it! They have a LOT of different things: Ballet items, tap items, gymnastics, clothes to go along with these corresponding activities, toys, poms things, etc. There is a LOT to look at here! Her leotard was a bit pricey ($60) but it's made of great material so it will last a while!

Third, and probably my favorite feature right now, is a robust Free People Movement section. FPM is a wonderful brand, with cute style but also very functional, comfortable and durable. My daughter's love this brand so their clothing and accessories make nice gifts. I have noticed that not all Dick's locations carry Free People. So I appreciate the variety found in their section here. The only thing I don't like about this location are the constantly locked dressing rooms and having to ring the bell or hunt someone down to try on garments. It's an inconvenience, especially if you have limited time to shop. Check out the licensed team sports wear and the second floor for higher end outdoor brands like Columbia and North Face. They have a vast selection of shoes too.

This store located in Schaumburg, IL is one of the larger ones we've visited, with a huge atrium and two stories of various wares. We came soon after it opened and it was SO empty. But there were people available to help, along with open registers to quickly check out. Maybe because there were so few people, the associates seemed to be going out of their way to be helpful and friendly: from the talkative cashier to the disabled greeter in the wheelchair using an artificial voice generator. The most important thing was that we found what we were looking for in this well stocked, giant store: Fighting Ilini branded socks and banner to gift our friend's son who had just recently decided to go to my alma mater.

Hi, I came to…read morewoodfield, before christmas to get presents for my family, I am writing these email, because i want to appreciate one of the employee working there, her name is panthi. She did such a good job, she suggested me a gift for everyone in my family f i came to lululemon just to browse because i know that is very popular in young people but I did not know what to buy, she had me buy everything for different age people in my family, i brought few bags, shoes jackets and every winter coats, everyone loved there presents, I am writing this email because this employee is a star, she asked me few questions about what are the people like and found me perfect presents. she was so patient and so nice to me. I want there store manager to know she deserves a good cheer up. i would always come to store now and find her, and i told about her to all my friends and family. We will love to visit her often and buy more stuff from the store, i hope this email reaches the right person and she deserves a shout out! sincerely, vanessa tinker

Yesterday I was forced to leave this lululemon. Why you might ask? Because I called the manager an…read morea$$hole. And trust me, he was being an a$$hole But let's start from the beginning. I went to exchange and return a few full price items I got with my 20% coupon last month and the manager walked by and said I could not do an exchange since a used a coupon and now the coupon is expired. What? Since when is that a thing? Multiple people in the store told me what I was doing was fine already, its a normal exchange of full priced items, with tags, unworn that I happened to order with a 20% off coupon. I'm like "what? that's seems odd, what if something doesn't fit? "You can only return not exchange or you pay the difference." "What if something came damaged?" "You would have to return it, no exchange" What...? that's like the opposite of lululemons entire warranty policy. Also please note he is being rude, not even looking at me when saying this and just being dismissive and curt. At this point I'm anxious AF and want to get out of there so I end up just returning everything and leaving. I know I'm my gut he was wrong and I find the email with the coupon and what do I see?! HOLIDAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLCIY APPLIES. Which is legit just more than the normal 30 days and I was at day 26. So I go back in and ask the girl for that guys name because he was wrong and now I returned all that for nothing and lost my coupon. She is like...you will have to speak with him (ahh so he is the manager). At this point I'm so nervous and awkward that my hands are shaking a little and my heart is racing. He reads it FOREVER only to tell me I'm reading it wrong, he doesn't see what I'm talking about. "How am I reading it wrong? It says HOLIDAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLCIY APPLIES" The girl chimes in and says yeah and that's actually the extended one with more days. He dismisses her and keeps reading it like it's some secret code impossible to understand only to tell me that it has nothing to do with the coupon and the blurb is on all lululemon emails even the ones without coupons. "What?? No it's the actual coupon disclaimer, the entire paragraph is talking about the coupon rules, that wouldn't be a staple of every single lululemon email" I realize this guy is not going to do anything so its time for me to go and I turn to the girl and say "I'm not mad at you, you were nice" (why did I feel the need to tell her that? Idk because i over think things) but then I turn to him and say "but you're an a$$hole, what's your name?" "WOW!!!!!! GET OUT OF MY STORE!!!" Your store? Really? "I will just tell me your name" "No." Looks to girl "please just tell me his name" ‍ she gives me a "he's my manager shrug" and looks away awkwardly. Next thing I know the manager is saying "I'm calling security!!!" What??? Security??? I'm not even yelling, I'm standing here with my shaky nervous hands in the pockets of my cost but you need to call security? "What? You're gonna call security?" "Yep! SOMEONE CALL SECURITY!" "Umm ok?" I turn around awkwardly and walk away in embarrassed silence. Did I really get kicked out of a store??? Am I a Karen? Should I have called him an a$$hole? No, probably not but I had a bad day and he was being an a$$hole lol. He was gaslighting me and could not accept the fact that he was wrong. Treat people how you want to be treated as they say. And I wasn't even mean back to him minus the a$$hole comment lol All this just to say, there is an a$$hole manager at the Woodfield Mall Lululemon.
