The trucks use the areas on both sides for parking, so keep an eye out for them too. The rest area has the usual with restrooms, vending machines and a spot for dog walking. It's nice and green here, a great break from fighting with highway traffic. Unlike New York, Pennsylvania does not have limits on how long you can stay and I did not see any signs. There is a nice pool area, basketball hoop, fire pit, and a small beach area down by the lake. Also, they have many sail boats, kayaks, and rowboats to take out free of charge. Our cottage also had a charcoal grill and patio area, and it seemed like every other room had the same. Pine grove is in a nice quiet area with not much around you but if you do need anything there's a Walmart, grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, and many more stores about 5 miles away. We had a great time here, I would recommend!

The owners are incredibly kind and take great pride in maintaining the property. The individual cabins make our stays feel unique, and our daughter always looks forward to staying in "her little cabin," which makes the trip even more special. Most recently, we experienced an unexpected vehicle breakdown while traveling. The owners supported us, even though they had no obligation to do so. Their kindness meant more to us than they probably realize. We will absolutely continue staying at Myers whenever we're traveling through the area. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming place with genuinely caring owners, I highly recommend it.

Really was one of the best vacations I've ever been on. Great owners-who really walk you through it and are there if you need them, but make themselves scarce for your privacy. Beautiful and AMAZING views at Two Bridges. Loved waking up and seeing and hearing the river. Nice trails-clearly marked and there are different levels depending on your level of fitness. But the easy trail-still was a great hike. I have a bum foot, so was limited on what I could do. The River Trail was beautiful and had great views. No cell phone or Internet-I thought I would freak, but I found it so relaxing to be able to really get away. I'm a complete email junkie-and I LOVED it. The cabin I was in-Two Bridges was very clean and was decorated beautifully and understated. And in floor heat! Fireplace was dual bedroom and living room and was very easy to work with the included firewood. I really loved it here! And-already planning a trip back!

Jane and her family were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating upon arrival. They escorted us to our site which was located only a short drive away from the entrance. After making sure we were all set, they left us to enjoy the rest of our weekend. The site itself was spacious and secluded from the other campers within a close walk to the bathroom facilities. The Delaware river was in our backyard and the scenery was picturesque. There was a fire pit and two picnic tables set up for your convenience. The only animals we encountered were friendly Bambi's, fuzzy caterpillar friends, and the usual pesty mosquitoes. There were no Pooh Bears or any of the like which made our stay all the more relaxing. I've done my fair share of camping and I can attest to the fact their bathrooms are super clean for camping standards! The hot showers in their facilities, despite costing a small fortune in quarters ($1.50 for 3 mins) are an added bonus. It became our daily challenge to beat the clock and served as a reminder to "be green". The owners even came to remove our garbage from the site! Prepare to be cut off from civilization and become one with nature (unless you have Verizon or Sprint service. I have AT&T and did not have service until I was a good 5 miles past the camp grounds). All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and plan to return. I highly recommend this site to all 'glampers' (glamour campers) and beginners.

Phil Murphy announced New Jersey commuters can ride NJ Transit buses, trains, and light rails for free through Labor Day. So, my partner and I took the advantage today by taking the train by our home at Plauderville, going north to the terminus at Port Jervis, NY, along the Bergen Line. A one-way ride on a packed train took 2 hours and 10 minutes, passing various diverse scenery from urban to rural. NJ Transit is the largest statewide public transportation system in the nation and the third-largest transit system in the country, with 166 rail stations, 62 light rail stations, and more than 19,000 bus stops connecting New Jersey, New York, and Philadelphia. Port Jervis is located in the corner of New York State, where Pennsylvania and New Jersey also meet. It's a very short, two-block walk from the station, across the Delaware River to Matamoras, Pennsylvania. The New Jersey State Line is less than 2 miles south of the station. The Port Jervis train station is a simple low-level platform located on the yard leads where trains are stored overnight and between runs.
