Our Mazda collection is growing--that 2014 CX-5 now has over 240k miles and is still going strong, keeping our 2017 Mazda 6 (with 160k miles!) company. I have relied on the Colonial Mazda team for everything from new purchases to servicing all of our vehicles, and I wouldn't trust any other dealership to keep them running so beautifully. A special shoutout to Jason White--thank you for being so patient and helpful while I took my time reviewing every color, trim, and option. If you want a dealership you can build a long-term relationship with, this is the place.

Performance Motorcars of Connecticut is, without question, the most meticulous and transparent…read moredealership I have ever worked with. I purchased a 2010 vehicle from them, and the experience was closer to working with a high-end boutique automotive concierge than a traditional dealership. Chris handled my approval process personally and matched me with a vehicle that exceeded every expectation -- mechanically, cosmetically, and in overall quality. The level of care this dealership puts into their cars is exceptional. They replace parts proactively, not reactively, and prepare each vehicle to a standard you rarely see in this industry. When I noticed a brake issue after purchase, I brought the car back and it was handled instantly. They used premium components, walked me through every repair, and ensured the vehicle left the shop in better-than-expected condition. Their commitment to quality is far above the market average, and it shows. Yes, their pricing reflects the amount of work they invest -- but it is worth every dollar. I've purchased vehicles from other dealers where I had to spend thousands in immediate repairs. At Performance Motorcars, everything is done upfront, with total transparency and zero surprises. If you are a buyer who values reliability, honesty, and long-term peace of mind, this is the place to purchase your next vehicle. I could not be happier with my experience.

My parents did end up purchasing a Macan and we honestly can't say enough good things about Leonel and Albert. In addition to their friendly demeanor, they were knowledgable, responsive and easy to work with. They wanted to get a deal done that worked for both parties. First, my mom called in advance that the car needed to be checked out and confirmed that we could drop off keys and car before opening (done this multiple times with no issues). Turns out, the car was stolen from the lot and the manager (I don't have a name) refused to look at the security tapes, accusing my mom of never dropping off the car there in the first place. They knew to expect our vehicle as we call to make sure each time. We only found out after calling in the afternoon since we hadn't heard back in the usual time that our car was looked at, ready, etc. Once report was filed, police got to look at the footage. No apology for not believing my mom dropped off the car or just general acknowledgement that their customer's vehicle was stolen. Again, this was not our first time dropping off the car before opening so we knew we didn't leave the keys in the wrong place.
