They seemed very concerned about our dog fitting in and being comfortable. The even had our dog come for a get acquainted visit a week before. Everything seemed fine. But on our return to pick Bingo up we found out he didn't adjust very well. However the owners took Bingo into their own house and treated him as a pampered house guest. We were very impressed and relieved with their obvious care for the animals in their charge. We would definitely recommend Pet Resorts to anyone looking to board their dog.

Julie Ann comes every day to walk my dog every day for 30 minutes. They use an application where they show you the route of every walk, if the dog peed or pooped, and if fresh water was given with a short summary of what happened during the visit. Julie Ann even alerts me to things like when the sun room in the back of my house was getting too hot for my cat (and things of that nature) when she comes to walk my dog. I can tell she treats my pets as if they were her own. And I really appreciate that, and that's hard to find. I leave everyday for work feeling good that I know my fur babies will be under good care. He started to show us an app we could use to find the general direction. When we sheepishly admitted that neither one of us had remembered our phones he immediately said I'll lead you out. We didn't want to take him out of his way, so we said just point us in the right direction. We are two older ladies, and he insisted on leading us out saying that he didn't want to be worrying about whether we made it out safely or not. Even when we saw landmarks that we remembered were close to where I parked, he woudn't leave us until I actually spotted my car. If josh showed so much care, compassion, caring and sense of responsibility to two strangers he had just met int he woods,I can't imagine that he wouldn't bring the same qualities to his business.
