We always enjoy seeing the photos while away. We can see how happy they are. It is also nice how they check on our house too and bring in packages. I would like to give them a special shout out for the care that they gave our pets while we were away during a recent large snowstorm. We were concerned that they wouldn't be able to make it to our house because of the severity of the storm. they kept in touch and made sure that there was enough food and water for our fur babies in case they wee unable to make it back at the scheduled time. We didn't want them to endanger themselves and knew that they would be fine if they couldn't make it back. All went well and they reported back to us the next morning when the roads were cleared and they could make it back. They dug out a spot on the deck for our dog to get out and go the the bathroom and all was well. This is a great company and they truly love the pets that they are taiga care of.

My husband and I recently moved to New Haven and needed a pet sitter for our little menagerie (five cats and a dog!) when we travel. To complicate matters even more, one of our cats is 19 y/o and on four different medications. Four Legged Care has been completely awesome! They have affordable pricing and are extremely communicative. Colleen has been our sitter and is very sweet and thorough. She follows the instructions we leave for our pets and sends us tons of adorable videos and photos. She goes above and beyond every time. Most recently, our flight was canceled coming home from a trip and within minutes of notifying Colleen, she figured out a way to accommodate our last minute, extra day request. I highly recommend this company!

We had stopped to rest on. a bench near the waterfall and were wondering if we would be able to find our way back, since we had been on several trails. Josh came along so we asked him for directions. He started to show us an app we could use to find the general direction. When we sheepishly admitted that neither one of us had remembered our phones he immediately said I'll lead you out. We didn't want to take him out of his way, so we said just point us in the right direction. We are two older ladies, and he insisted on leading us out saying that he didn't want to be worrying about whether we made it out safely or not. Even when we saw landmarks that we remembered were close to where I parked, he woudn't leave us until I actually spotted my car. If josh showed so much care, compassion, caring and sense of responsibility to two strangers he had just met int he woods,I can't imagine that he wouldn't bring the same qualities to his business. Not only does our dog love her but she is the most reliable person we have ever worked with which has given us incredible peace of mind. She promptly replies to any notes I send her. In a year, she has never been a no show, never cancelled last minute, and has only requested one day off and it was for Jury Duty. She leaves us a small note every day and takes notice to things happening with our dogs behavior and other things as if she was her own. She is truly awesome and we would be lost without her.

Simple instructions. they were supposed to be in his care for one month the owner of this facility asked for an extra month. He also asked for a specific dog food which they provided when they returned to pick up their dogs. They were visibly sick and underfed and traumatized. Mufasa is throwing up blood and has blood coming out from both ends Nala was sick as well but she has come back home. I don't know what we spent our money on.
