I brought all three of my Pomeranians to Corey and Grace today for a full wash, cut, and nail…read moretrim, and they came out looking absolutely beautiful, healthy, and so happy! I am extremely particular about who handles my dogs because of an awful experience years ago with a groomer in Hartford who traumatized my first Pomeranian and severely damaged her hair and skin--it took over a year for her coat to grow back. Since then, I refused to trust anyone local and spent years driving my dogs all the way into NYC just to get them groomed. While our city groomer was great, making that trip from Danbury was exhausting and expensive. I was nervous to switch, but I decided to give Corey & Grace at Wags Doggie Daycamp a try, and they completely exceeded my expectations. They were exceptionally gentle with my newest rescue, who has serious PTSD, and took extra care with my special needs pup by using a supportive harness so she didn't have to strain or stand on her hind legs unsupported. Seeing how patient, safe, and stress-free all three of my girls were was such a relief. My babies look gorgeous, but most importantly, they were treated with so much love and respect. Thank you so much, Corey & Grace--you've officially earned yourself a customer for life!

We boarded ourdog here expecting him to be safe. During his stay, he was attacked by another dog…read moreand suffered a significant ear injury that required immediate veterinary care and after care It was very upsetting to receive that call while away. While we appreciate that they took him to the vet, this incident has left us with concerns about the level of supervision and safety protocols in place. I encourage anyone considering boarding here to ask detailed questions about how dogs are monitored and how they prevent altercations. I hope the facility takes steps to prevent another family from going through this horrible experience. Our dog is now medicated to allow his ear which has a chunk missing!! to heel and must be monitored 24/7 as the ear bleeds at any movement. Please do your research and don't always trust the place that has a ton of dogs in one room with only 1 person watching them Our poor pup is paying the price right now it's very sad for us to see him Going through this. Needless to say he will never step foot in that place again!

We love Dawg House. We started with private training for our dog Sully and my son's dog Brandy…read more Jess is a great and very knowledgeable and professional dog trainer! We also have Sully going a couple days a week to their doggy daycare program. He loves his days there and comes home totally exhausted from all the fun things he and other dogs who are there do while they are there. The end of January my husbands mother passed away and we had to go to Boston for about 10 days. We boarded Sully with Dawg House and opted for their open boarding and he had a good time with the other dogs that were boarding there when he was there. Jess and Stan and their staff are great with the dogs. We are so glad we found Dawg House when we moved to this area and Sully is very happy about it too.

I had gone once to the self serve dog wash and thought it was great! Especially with the gold tub…read more However, came back a year later and it was in such gross condition! Dog hair everywhere! The gold tub was dilapidated. Seems counterintuitive that you'd have a self service place and leave it in that condition. Staff was friendly.

Not gonna lie I was kind of scared to board my dogs here because of some of the reviews but I'm…read moreglad I did! It seems many local doggie daycares do group play and sleep. Unfortunately my dogs can't do that. One is scared of other dogs and one can be aggressive. So I liked that Cassio did individual boarding but also let dogs in a family board together. We did the test run overnight with them and all seemed well. So we used them when we had to go out of town for two weeks. I got my babies back in perfect condition! I even added on the grooming service and they looked good! I would definitely use them again when traveling away from home without my dogs. One star off because I wish they would send pics of the dogs throughout the stay. My previous daycare in Florida did and it helps a lot with the anxiety. I did call and ask but got like 2 pics and one vid over the course of the two weeks. 5 stars if they provide pics daily/every other day.

I was very skeptical because of the reviews. However, I was visiting the area for the weekend and…read moremy dog was freaking out when left alone in the hotel, so I didn't have much of a choice. Firstly, I called probably 20 other places in the area and Cassio was the only place that answered their phone on a Saturday morning, which I greatly appreciated. They didn't need to do a meet and greet, which every other place that I spoke to seemed to require in advance. Upon arrival, I shared that my dog is scared of other dogs and can be aggressive when there's toys or food around because he's possessive. They let me know that they don't do group play or keep multiple dogs in a space together which I was happy to hear. They said that during the operating hours, minus a break from 12-3, someone would always be with my dog. We only boarded him at Cassio for about five hours on a Saturday and Sunday, so I'm not sure what the overnight protocol is. There seemed to be a fair amount of staff members each day and the services were fairly priced. It cost about 41$ each day. The only thing I was hesitant about was that they required his collar to be removed, which has an Apple air tag on it, so that made me nervous because I was worried he'd somehow escape the facility. They remove all collars and leashes so the dogs don't get caught on the cages and get hurt, so it makes sense. The facilities seem very large, there were multiple outside areas that had large fences around them, and an open air cage area that had an overhead covering. We weren't offered a tour of the facility, but we also didn't ask. This was our first time doing a doggy day care situation, so we weren't sure of the protocol but I wish I would've asked to see where my dog would be spending a few hours. Overall, if I had to do it again, I would use Cassio for doggy daycare.
