The staff is AMAZING; professional, attentive, responsive, but most of all the love, care and fun they give to our Pippa every time she's there never disappoints. Pippa loves Wiggles but most of all, we never think twice when we leave Pippa in their hands and Pippa always has a great day when there. Recently we went through a medical emergency and the Wiggles staff was just incredible to us. The daily love , support and prayers they provided was just unbelievable. The service we asked for didn't happen and the cut had left small cuts on our puppy. This last time we also noticed the puppy was resistant in going with her that was a huge red flag. Wet pukey dog smells really yucky, so I decided it would be worth it to pony up some money and get the girl a bath. I called around and Groomingdales picked up right away and quoted me a price of $40. I took her straight away, and they accomadated us without a wait. 2 hours later she was cleaned, nails trimmed and she seemed pretty happy. Will definitely be going back.

I…read moreunfortunately, without knowing what kind of horrific and negligent agency that they are, "adopted" two kittens at a price of $450 EACH, that did not get along with each other AT ALL, and the agency did not mention a thing about it. Interesting fact that when I arrived pick them up, I had a very large carrier and the person running the operation, James, a very unscrupulous man, put the cats in two separate carriers and gave me one because he knew that they would not make it in one carrier but yet he did not tell me a thing. Oh, they need more room is what he said When I took them to the vet for their "healthy check ups" much to my shock and dismay my vet found an overwhelming amount of ear mites that were ALIVE running around in their ears and required expensive treatment for one week around the clock twice a day. This is absolutely outrageous.. and EGREGIOUS However, wait it gets better... I have one cat that has liquid diarrhea! And whatever One has I'm sure they both have so now I'm into a fecal sample for both cats at $85 a pop! Waiting to hear what kind of lovely creatures they came home to me with Not to mention, I have a dog so whatever they have he's going to catch. Isn't this a lovely scenario wouldn't anybody want this for themselves? I think not this agency needs to be shut down immediately. I called them up. We boarded our dog Fletcher here this past year, when we went to the United Kingdom for three…read moreweeks. Our much beloved kennel, Rye Country Kennels, closed down because of the pandemic. Our vet recommended Yorktown. We know both of the vets who own the practice, Dr. K and Dr. Raclyn, from when they were our vets here in NYC. Fletcher was boarded in an indoor-outdoor separate kennel, which was exactly what we wanted. Many of New York City boarding facilities have "pack boarding", where all of the dogs are together. Fletcher isn't a social dog. There were daily emails with pictures. Fletcher was very unhappy and lost weight. But he has extreme separation anxiety and this was a new place for him after years at Rye Country. I didn't worry about him at all. We'll definitely use them again.
