He's a 140 lb mastiff and usually needs sedation at the vet because of his size, strength, and anxiety -- most people are honestly scared of him. I was so surprised (in the best way) when Diana and her crew immediately offered to do his nail trim. I even asked, "Are you sure?" and they said, "Absolutely." His nails were starting to curve, which was completely my fault, but they handled him with such ease and confidence. They weren't scared of him at all, even when he was freaking out. They also offered a full cleaning with all the works, and I'm beyond pleased with the outcome. Everyone was so sweet, personable, and professional, and they made the entire experience stress-free.
