Nail trims have always been a huge issue for us, especially at the vet. They would leave his nails too long, and over time the quick kept growing out, turning his nails into literal bear claws. It got to the point where I didn't think we'd ever get them back to a normal, healthy length. I originally found Jess for my labradoodle Mabel and just happen to ask her about my Louie's nails . Not only did she trim his nails as short as safely possible, she did it with incredible gentleness and patience. Louie was calm, comfortable, and completely at ease -- which NEVER happens.
