Sincere gratitude for the exceptional care Dr. Elson provided to my pets. While he previously…read moretreated my Australian Shepherd wonderfully, I am especially grateful for his recent help with my four-month-old kitten. Thank you for fitting us in for a last-minute appointment this past Saturday. Your quick diagnosis and successful surgery just an hour later truly saved his life. I am extremely grateful for your dedication and skill.

When I brought in my dogs for their vaccinations, they completely missed the date of one of my dogs rabies vaccination and he ended up being unvaccinated for months. When I called them about this, the person who answered the phone didn't apologize and was very flippant about it. I had to advocate for an apology, and it was only at that point that they offered to comp the cost of the appointment. Then this month, one of my dog's was sick, and I had to wait three days for an appointment b/c they had only had one vet on staff. We finally got bloodwork done and I was told we'd hear back from the doctor the next day. I called at 4pm the next day as I hadn't heard anything (mind you, my dog still is sick), and they weren't able to tell me anything. I then had to call back again at 11am the following day, and a diagnosis of diabetes was delivered over the phone by a receptionist - with no empathy, no explanation, no walking me through a care plan, or what to expect, etc. They then told me I had to go to ANOTHER vet down the road to learn how to administer insulin. It was horrendous, and to this day, no one has called to follow up to see how he's even doing or what the status is. All that to say, we're now happy customers down the road at Noah's Ark Animal Hospital. They are kind, professional, knowledgeable, caring, and generous. I recommend them as an alternative to this place.

I left my dog overnight for two nights and decided not to bring him back ever again. I had no issues before then. However, my dog also had the same exact looking cut on his nose in the same spot. It looked remarkably similar, and no one even told me. I just saw it upon picking him up, treated it and now it is a scar. This is really making me wonder. I wasn't even going to leave a posting because I thought perhaps it was just too rough of play and staff didn't intervene. However, upon seeing this happened to someone else's dog, it's making me worry that this is more common than I thought and could potentially be from something besides another dog. Be careful.

With the previous establishment, Canine Kindergarden, my dog never ONCE got hurt, and we have been loyal customers for years. Dogtopia: 10 hours of crate time is too much. If a dog gets hurt in a sensitive area, please treat the wound. Do not take more dogs than you can handle. My dog is part of my family, and if my son came home with an untreated wound on his nose, that would later scar and look like this, I think any parent would be unhappy. I am sad that my dog has this scar. Good luck Dogtopia, I sympathize towards a new establishment, and do not want to butcher you with this review, however I feel the need to voice my concerns and my dog will not be returning. My dog was just diagnosed with two cornea ulcers, and a wound on her paw. Along with the wound on her nose. Screw being sympathetic- my dog gets hurt and I have to pay for these medical bills. Never. Returning. Hi Amy, You and I both know that the vet did not say it was due to her allergies. They were cornea ulcers; lacerations on her eye. Not from "allergies". Google it. Say what you want but we know the truth-- IF YOUR DOG GETS HURT HERE, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU FOR ANYTHING! You will be forced to pay all the medical bills alone. Terrible customer service, terrible workers, they DONT care about the saftey of your dogs, only about the MONEY THEY MAKE!! Customer beware. Your dog will be a little to happy to see you at pickup.

One of the things that always makes me anxious is having to travel and leave my dog behind…read more Thankfully, 6 years ago I found Wags, and ever since then my Daisy, a Havachon, stays with them whenever I travel. Daisy follows me everywhere when I'm home, so it gives me so much peace of mind knowing she is in a caring and loving environment. I especially love that it is cage free. The dogs are always with someone taking care of them and getting attention. And for a dog mummy like me, being able to check on her through the cameras during the day makes all the difference! I also really appreciate that after her stay I receive a report with updates on how she ate, behaved, and slept. It shows how attentive and caring the staff truly are. Every time I leave Daisy at Wags, I can truly feel how much care and love she receives. I'm so grateful to have found a place I trust completely.

While we appreciate that they took him to the vet, this incident has left us with concerns about the level of supervision and safety protocols in place. I encourage anyone considering boarding here to ask detailed questions about how dogs are monitored and how they prevent altercations. I hope the facility takes steps to prevent another family from going through this horrible experience. Our dog is now medicated to allow his ear which has a chunk missing!! to heel and must be monitored 24/7 as the ear bleeds at any movement. Please do your research and don't always trust the place that has a ton of dogs in one room with only 1 person watching them Our poor pup is paying the price right now it's very sad for us to see him Going through this. Needless to say he will never step foot in that place again!
