I figured there may have been a good reason for the hold up so I decided to return this year. It was not busy like the last year, but for some reason I still waited a half hour to be taken back by the tech and almost another half hour for the vet to see my dog. There was only one other dog in the waiting area who was there for just a tech visit. Fix the scheduling system so people aren't wasting their time. No one should have to spend over an hour at the vet for 10-15 minutes of being seen. I won't be returning.

We also have Sully going a couple days a week to their doggy daycare program. He loves his days there and comes home totally exhausted from all the fun things he and other dogs who are there do while they are there. The end of January my husbands mother passed away and we had to go to Boston for about 10 days. We boarded Sully with Dawg House and opted for their open boarding and he had a good time with the other dogs that were boarding there when he was there. Jess and Stan and their staff are great with the dogs. We are so glad we found Dawg House when we moved to this area and Sully is very happy about it too.

I had no issues before then. However, my dog also had the same exact looking cut on his nose in the same spot. It looked remarkably similar, and no one even told me. I just saw it upon picking him up, treated it and now it is a scar. This is really making me wonder. I wasn't even going to leave a posting because I thought perhaps it was just too rough of play and staff didn't intervene. However, upon seeing this happened to someone else's dog, it's making me worry that this is more common than I thought and could potentially be from something besides another dog. Be careful.

Say what you want but we know the truth-- IF YOUR DOG GETS HURT HERE, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU FOR ANYTHING! You will be forced to pay all the medical bills alone.
