Also got tasting portions of Khoresh Gheymeh (red beef & split pea stew) and khoresh ghormeh sabzi (green beef & herb stew). Both were excellent. Both tasted quite different - the latter had a pronounced herb taste & the former was more conventional. Barberry rice with chicken was ok. We debated walking out but are so glad we decided to stay. I actually pulled up google translate on my phone to communicate. It worked great! The food was EXCELLENT! We had beef, veal and chicken kabobs, crispy rice, some kind of yummy dip/appetizer and a cucumber and tomato salad. Oh, and a huge ice cream for dessert! Everything was delicious and tasted homemade. The service was very friendly and the restaurant was clean and pretty. We will definitely be back.
