Zach and Rebecca were amazing…read more The business is based in Delavan, but they had no problem coming to Whitefish Bay. They came, gave me a quote and a schedule, and actually stayed exactly on schedule. The project went flawlessly without any hiccups, and a few days later, I had a beautiful patio that I've been dreaming about for 10 years. It's been a year since they've come and put down the patio and I wanted to come back now to leave the review to say that I thoroughly enjoyed our patio last year and will again this year. The patio has survived last year's Milwaukee winter superbly, despite the enormous amount of snow we had. They are also very professional and honest with their work. You can easily find people who perform great work, but it's not as easy to spot someone who is honest and follows through with their promise. Don't think I'll need another patio job for years to come cuz they've just done too good a job, but if I do, I'll be calling them again.

He listened to…read moreeverything I wanted and he wrote up a very detailed plan on how he was going to do the project which I really appreciated. He even made a sketch of the proposed concrete work which helped me know he understood exactly how I wanted the patio to look. He would ask me mid project what I thought of things so far which was really nice because he kept me in the loop as it progressed. The tooled joints were the perfect size and looked really good. The pitch was perfect. They installed a really nice expansion joint to protect my house foundation which was really important to me They even protected my house from concrete splatters by covering it with protective plastic. Craig made sure that every detail that was important to me was covered. It couldn't have been a better experience. So happy with my patio!

I was surprised, that despite a heavy work load they had, James called to say they could start sooner than expected (one week after we agreed to do the work). They showed up, pulled out the old, prepared for the new work and arrived the following day to pour and set our new driveway and walk. Just as described and planned. I have already recommended them to 6 neighbors and a couple others that knew I was looking to have this work done. Highly recommended. Thanks James! Regards, Brian S Delavan WI, 53115

Forced to drop stars. Context:…read more First job (concrete slab) was as initially described. But upon completion back in September, Dan stated he would seal at no cost "a month after" - that didn't happen. His commit to doing so is the only reason we didn't do it. As a result, it got beat up with the constant weather events and will need to be resurfaced. But second: we contracted with him to do a gutter replacement well in advance of the forth coming rain. It took almost 4 months before he showed. He offered a discount off of the price; then when he finally did show, he only removed some of the existing gutter and left without installing any new. He even left his ladder behind for some reason. Multiple emails for followup status have gone unanswered. It's the lack of communication and unfinished task (which can cause roof damage) that forces star drop. Previously he had indicated that they moved "far up north" - so it's possible he needed to change his service area but hasn't. That's on the business though; if you accept a job and money for the job, you complete the job as agreed. Which might mean something as simple as booking a hotel nearby for a week until the job is done or something.

It seems like I was begging for call backs and quotes when I was ready to spend 20K. I gave it one more shot and called Keisler. Adam picked up and was very friendly, easy to talk to. I received drawings and a quote very quickly. Anytime I called Adam with a question he always picked up. Fast forward 3 weeks I have (in my opinion) the nicest driveway in Wisconsin!
