The scope of the project grew as we realized that we needed more things done in the house before we could move in, which included: installing several interior and exterior doors, removing and reinstalling a built-in set of drawers, installing and fixing flooring, removing a built-in wet bar in the basement, doing some work in a bathroom so we could put in a new vanity and bathtub, removing a wall between two rooms so one could be turned into a walk-in closet, making a small alcove into a closet, stripping down a door to be refinished, making shelf supports for our long pantry shelves so they don't bow from the weight, and helping fix a basement leak that was due to the prior owner not properly fastening his deck to the foundation. I am sure there some things I am forgetting, but the bottom line is that Patrick and Chris were always up to doing what we needed done. They were on time, professional, friendly and easy to work with. Patrick was great about providing quotes for all of the work, and had very reasonable prices. In addition, when I needed a contractor for something that he couldn't do, he knew someone in the area he could recommend, and those recommendations (of which there were several for: roofing, plumbing and tile work) worked out great. My wife and I appreciate the great work that Patrick and Chris did, and would highly recommend them for any type of construction project - whether it's big or small.

Our prior experience had left us with an unfinished job that didn't meet our expectations. We did not know if our expectations had been unrealistic. Guess what, they weren't!!! Extreme Exteriors came in and completely redid our 1550 sq ft patio for a very fair price, built us a deck and regraded our lawn and seeded. When we originally hired them it was to redo the patio which they discovered had an insufficient base by the other contractor. They quickly came in, pulled up the pavers and the base, redid the base, relaid the pavers in a beautiful pattern and then finished it. It's beautiful!!!! And they were done in two weeks with a deck added!! Because of how nice it looked, the speed of delivery and the professionalism of the owner and his team, we then asked that they quote redoing our lawn, doing a concrete pad for a swim spa and some additional finishing items. 4 weeks and our entire lawn and patio is complete and usable. We are just waiting for the grass to grow. We are now asking them for help with selecting plants and trees. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend them. They are trustworthy, hardworking and knowledgeable. I would joke to my husband about there being 5 guys here and each time I looked out the window they were each actively working!!! He told me to F*** off as the line of cars trying to pull into the lot from the drive thru was backing up and preventing anybody from getting parked to wait for food. The entire parking lot away from the door and handicapped and few other fronts spots was open. He may do good work but at what cost.
