The project went flawlessly without any hiccups, and a few days later, I had a beautiful patio that I've been dreaming about for 10 years. It's been a year since they've come and put down the patio and I wanted to come back now to leave the review to say that I thoroughly enjoyed our patio last year and will again this year. The patio has survived last year's Milwaukee winter superbly, despite the enormous amount of snow we had. They are also very professional and honest with their work. You can easily find people who perform great work, but it's not as easy to spot someone who is honest and follows through with their promise. Don't think I'll need another patio job for years to come cuz they've just done too good a job, but if I do, I'll be calling them again.

He even made a sketch of the proposed concrete work which helped me know he understood exactly how I wanted the patio to look. He would ask me mid project what I thought of things so far which was really nice because he kept me in the loop as it progressed. The tooled joints were the perfect size and looked really good. The pitch was perfect. They installed a really nice expansion joint to protect my house foundation which was really important to me They even protected my house from concrete splatters by covering it with protective plastic. LIARS, CHEATERS, COWARDS…read more....................................... This Company is interested in scamming their clients and charging top dollar for average work. Actually let me rephrase that, charging top dollar for work not even completed. They billed me for work that I personally ended up doing with my family. Then when I confronted Kevin he said "pay me what you think we did". I paid him for the work completed, which was about 75% of the bill. The when the fall cleanup time came around, nowhere to be found. Like a shamed dog with his tail between his legs. No returned calls, and left the property in shambles. It is now December 16th and I still have no "fall cleanup service". Kevin does not have the decency to say that he will not be back. This is the service I expect from teenage boys, not a professional landscaper. I guess its very hard to accept the fact that he lied and was called out on his attempt of billing for work NOT completed. Save yourself the headache, choose another company as Kruger can be viewed as UNRELIABLE, LIARS, CHEATS, COWARDS.
