They came, gave me a quote and a schedule, and actually stayed exactly on schedule. The project went flawlessly without any hiccups, and a few days later, I had a beautiful patio that I've been dreaming about for 10 years. It's been a year since they've come and put down the patio and I wanted to come back now to leave the review to say that I thoroughly enjoyed our patio last year and will again this year. The patio has survived last year's Milwaukee winter superbly, despite the enormous amount of snow we had. They are also very professional and honest with their work. You can easily find people who perform great work, but it's not as easy to spot someone who is honest and follows through with their promise. They did a great job on the…read morePaving part, but when the job with Paving was completed, they didn't put my heavy furniture, wood pile, huge potted plants, etc. back and left the job for ME to do! 4 strong guys and NOT ONE put anything back into place for me, a small woman by herself for the week. They also put garbage in my planters (drinks and lighting packages) because they were too lazy to pick up their mess! I had wood piled on my grass, patio furniture strewn on my grass, huge potted plants on my grass. When I got home, I asked if they were going to put it all back and the owner, Russ said "all my guys went home" and the brother of the owner said, "I put together your log rack, sooooooo....", and then they left. My husband was out of town and was furious that they did that to me. I'm a small woman and I stacked the wood pile back BY MYSELF (took me an hour), took me another hour to put what I could lift back into place furniture wise. Finally, I got mad enough to call the owner, Russ and tell him that he didn't finish the job. After calling Russ, and getting upset about it, he is having someone come and put my patio table back tomorrow, as I was told (so we'll see) - everything else was put back by myself. Yet, I never recieved an apology! Not even a tiny "I'm sorry" even!!! Are you kidding? The fact that these two grown strong men stood there and didn't even offer to HELP me is not even nice let alone professional! Had they put my furniture back and piled the wood back, they would have gotten 5 stars. What they did to me was not even gentlemen like. Even a neighbor would have helped a small woman. AND... the excuse that it wasn't dry is lame, because it WAS dry! It was 75 degrees and dry as bone. Hypothetically, if it was wet even, which it wasn't, they could have been nice and said they would return to finish their job and put everything back, but they didn't even do THAT! That's just being a nice person let alone being professional and completing a job!!!! My husband is furious and doesn't want to hire them again now because of that. How would they feel if it were their wife or daughter? If you don't expect your furniture and other items to be put back, they will do an excellent job otherwise.

Ziggy was the only contractor that would even come to give me an estimate for fixing this problem. After purchasing the house, we hired Ziggy to do the repair work. The work is rock solid! After that, we hired Ziggy to install a larger window in the garage. Later, we had an emergency when the siding company removed aluminum surround from two supporting balcony columns and discovered the columns to be so rotten they didn't touch the ground and crumbled upon touch. Ziggy came out the same day to replace those supports (roughly 25 ft in length, each), so the siding work could continue on schedule. His pricing has always been fair and reasonable. We have other work for him as our funds will allow. We highly recommend.
