They did a complete remove & replace of our driveway in the summer of 2025 and while we were very pleased with the quality of the work, we have been unable to get anyone to return our calls/e-mails this summer to complete the required seal coating. Note, that the one-year seal coating is required to keep the warranty. We have had at least 5 unreturned calls/voicemails and probably at least twice as many unanswered e-mails.

Called about 7-8 times over the course of two months to get an update on anything -- said they sent it 2 months later and never got anything. Non-existent customer service for a local business which is unfortunate to see. Product might be good, but service is unbearable.

WOW! After ONLY TWO YEARS my brand-new driveway -- which was supposed to be 'the best, the…read moregreatest, absolutely tremendous' according to the contractor -- is now covered in MICRO-CRACKS. Total disaster! And now the owner, a very weak and very dishonest guy, is saying, 'Sorry, the warranty is up.' Can you believe this? Two years! A driveway should last longer than this. They came out TWICE to 'inspect' it. They looked at it, nodded, pretended to care, and then pulled the classic excuse: 'Warranty expired.' A real beauty. Very pathetic! When you take people's money and deliver garbage work, maybe -- just maybe -- you should stand behind your product. But apparently this contractor thinks he's running a fly-by-night operation, not a real business. We're not going to let it go. We're not going to be pushed around. Not by contractors. Not by weak leaders. Not by anyone!

They came, gave me a quote and a schedule, and actually stayed exactly on schedule. The project went flawlessly without any hiccups, and a few days later, I had a beautiful patio that I've been dreaming about for 10 years. It's been a year since they've come and put down the patio and I wanted to come back now to leave the review to say that I thoroughly enjoyed our patio last year and will again this year. The patio has survived last year's Milwaukee winter superbly, despite the enormous amount of snow we had. They are also very professional and honest with their work. You can easily find people who perform great work, but it's not as easy to spot someone who is honest and follows through with their promise. Don't think I'll need another patio job for years to come cuz they've just done too good a job, but if I do, I'll be calling them again.

I don't know what happened to my original review, but I will try to reconstruct it here…read more The company is amazing. They know concrete work inside and out. I contacted them to remove my existing front walkway and replace it with a grander one. They IMMEDIATELY suggested and added to the job, drilling rebars into the existing porch so that the new walkway wouldn't sink (like the old one did). Everything was done efficiently, professionally, and on time. I obtained a few other quotes for the job and this company was the one that submitted a reasonable quote, which I accepted. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your concrete needs.

Forced to drop stars. Context:…read more First job (concrete slab) was as initially described. But upon completion back in September, Dan stated he would seal at no cost "a month after" - that didn't happen. His commit to doing so is the only reason we didn't do it. As a result, it got beat up with the constant weather events and will need to be resurfaced. But second: we contracted with him to do a gutter replacement well in advance of the forth coming rain. It took almost 4 months before he showed. He offered a discount off of the price; then when he finally did show, he only removed some of the existing gutter and left without installing any new. He even left his ladder behind for some reason. Multiple emails for followup status have gone unanswered. It's the lack of communication and unfinished task (which can cause roof damage) that forces star drop. Previously he had indicated that they moved "far up north" - so it's possible he needed to change his service area but hasn't. That's on the business though; if you accept a job and money for the job, you complete the job as agreed. Which might mean something as simple as booking a hotel nearby for a week until the job is done or something.
