I repeatedly asked for a formal proposal on the company form and the estimator continued to try to "play" with me by offering to text me a dollar amount or write that amount on a piece of paper that I supply.

In dealing with Erik the owner for our backyard sod and landscaping project, his enthusiasm for his work was obvious. I had estimates done from a couple other companies, and Ringers was definitively not only the most in depth, where several options were presented, but it was also the more economical choice. But what really sold me was not the price (although that was a big plus), it was the genuine enthusiasm and interest in getting my lawn and backyard get-away to being its most beautiful with bang for the buck. They went above and beyond to readjust existing flagstone pathways, and also professionally installing an arbor that I had built up which I had planned to do myself, but they took care of it for me doing a much better job than I surely would have. An A++, highly recommended experience all around!
