Very professional used laser measuring instruments that produce the layout of your kitchen and you could see it on their computer screen, all the measurements not what your new countertop would look like. It does that about a week without countertops on your cabinets but well worth the wait.

They removed a stone planter that divided the dining area from the open living room thereby opening the kitchen all the way through the dining room into the living/great room. They removed the ceramic tiles on the floor in the kitchen and installed natural hardwood floors throughout the kitchen and dining room to match the floor in the great room. We removed the 8' x 3' island that was in the kitchen and replaced it with a 12' x 3' modern island with a quartz countertop and 36" gas downdraft range. They removed the tile backsplashes and replaced them with glass subway tiles with modern glass inserts. All lighting was changed to led fixtures brightening the eat in dining area, kitchen counters, island and dining room. All new JennAire SS appliances were installed. All fixtures in the our 3 bathrooms were updated and led lighting installed in place of fluorescent lighting. He showed up, did great work and the work looked beautiful. Upon final inspection, we discovered he forgot to put in the corner foot step (used to put your foot on while shaving your leg) I have the product, a Schluter step. It costs a hundred dollars. He said he would be back within the week to install it and to fix a small crack in a floor tile. So we are talking 30 minutes work in total. But now that he has his money, he is ghosting me. It started out with, "I got tied up, I'll be there tomorrow" to "Sorry, I didn't make it, but I'll be there this weekend." Well it has been three months and still he is a no show. Now I get his voicemail every time and he never calls back. So in short, he got his money and ran. He is not a man of his word. I'm just glad the project overall went smoothly. I had two other people who saw his work ask me for his number, but I can not in good conscious recommend a man who does not stand behind his word. What a shame. Imagine if you hired him and a problem arose. Sadly, he is proving he will cut an run.
