He was prompt, thorough, and an expert at what he does. The quote process was easy with a few text exchanges, not like some other services who require an appointment for an estimate and then the job itself. When installing our bathroom sconces, he pointed out imperfections in the drywall surrounding the electrical socket and was able to explain it to the supervisor on site (we moved into a new build). A technician was sent out right away to address the issue. Even when installing floating shelves took much longer than it should have (we had tried to do it ourselves and left large holes in the drywall), he didn't charge extra. Having recently moved into a new build, we had a list of little things to get done around the house and he was just the professional we needed. I'm a rather picky homeowner and especially in a new build, wanted work to be meticulous. Javier exceeded my expectations and I'll be recommending him to all my neighbors who may need his services.
