Leather and kydex. But not just any ol thing slapped together. The rivets are perfect. The Chicago screws match the leather color, and tighten done perfectly. The adjustment is done so simply because they use these really cool slip on slides that hold the leather in place whilst you try it on. Their instruction sheet was perfectly explained with photos and written instructions. And the kydex system in place is brilliant. Their design of the retention screws are flawless! I cannot stress enough how long I've looked for a system like this. So so happy I can across them online. It was a long search. If you're looking for perfect shoulder holster that fits and hangs perfectly. (I know I've used that word a lot. But they deserve it) especially for those small concealed carry pistols. They have the homerun!

As a result I have two visible pinholes in each of my girls dresses, which I now have to talk to photographer to edit out of the photos, since the marks are front and center. You would think It would be common sense to not put pins in visible sight. Furthermore, the pricing was insanity for what we got done. I will never use this cleaner again and would not recommend anyone else do so either. This had nothing to do with covid, just not using common sense. They made the dresses worse than when I dropped them off.

I can't thank these ladies enough for turning an awful day into a good one.

When I arrived here, there was already a busload of quilters in the store and it was very crowded. This made it difficult to see the actual space. I was able to get my bag of goodies but the line to cut fabric was long. I grabbed some precuts and purchased a special ruler. Quilters love their rulers. The sales staff were very helpful. I wish I had more time to really look but it was just too crowded. I will return and probably change my review to 4-5 stars because the store had a big selection and the sales ladies tried their best to keep up with the crush of people. The store is easily found in a nice shopping center. Parking on a regular day would be available.

I took it to another, closer, authorized service dealer who determined that it needed an upgrade to the software and they did that upgrade. They did not put it on a frame or quilt with it to test it. When I got it home, it was OK, but I had a lot of trouble with tension. I finally got that working pretty good until 2 years later when a very mysterious thing started happening - it was acting like there was thread stuck in it. So - back it went. Long story short - 3 boards and 6 weeks later I got it back. It now had a very loud whining noise, absolutely terrible tension, and nearly vibrated out of my hands when I tried to use it. I was NOT going back there again. I searched the HQ website and found that Quilt Peddler had won awards for their service so decided to try there. Lugene (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) is a miracle worker! Every issue is gone and my Avante now works even better than when I first bought it. She also took the time to educate me on how components of the system worked and other things I should have been doing all along regarding power supply and maintenance. learned so much in the one day she spent with me! Even though it is a 5 hour drive (one way) for me - I will be going there for any additional service needs from now on. DO NOT bother with anywhere else!
