BUYER BEWARE!! This company deserves zero stars. ordered pins for a conference from this business. Upon delivery, I discovered that the pins were not correct. This happened in spite of the fact that both myself and Gary, President of American Patch and Pin, reviewed the artwork before going to production. I tried calling this company at least ten times to try and correct for their error. I NEVER received a returned call from this company to this day, even after requesting that they call me back. Gary, President of American Patch and Pin, claimed to be on the road an unable to answer his phone for over a week and a half. I tried to contact the company again and again and all of my calls were being ignored. This vendor is very unprofessional. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere. BEWARE!! read more

This company is AWEsome. I've used them for 6 orders now, and they are great all around. I used them for the first job based on a Google search - with no referral or knowledge of them, which I usually don't do, but was desperate at the time - and they were a GREAT find for sure. And my clients have been very happy with their product. (Therefore happy with me as the patch designer!) It's my own fault for letting the "buy American" meme drive my decision. American Patch and Pin is not BBB accredited and has 9 complaints against them which I found out subsequent to placing an order with them. All of the complaints are for the same reason I've come here to post about them today, failure to deliver! I've been working with this company for months to get patches for my company as giveaways for a convention and they DID NOT DELIVER. DO NOT USE AMERICAN PATCH AND PIN. These guys completed the order as requested, but failed despite several requests through web site, phone calls to customer service and emails to president to provide a receipt. Furthermore, through an oversight on our part, the shipping address was not sent with the order. The president went on-line and picked one of our random locations and shipped there rather than inquire, sending the items to the wrong place and missing an important deadline. This could have been avoided with a simple inquiry via email or phone (given that was the method of ordering). When we asked him about this, he told us he often just goes on-line and picks shipping addresses for customers. Seriously?!?! If you want a professional responsive vendor, there are lots of others to pick from - avoid these guys. read more

Stay away!! Our softball team ordered pins for a national tournament. Gary promised product would arrive in time. It didn't. The pins were sent back to Gary - he refused to claim the package. We have spent the last 2 months trying to get a refund. Gary has promised to credit our account. He never did. Gary has promised to send a refund check. He never did. Incidentally, the pins were made & shipped from China - along with an invoice for $30 USD - Gary charged us $569. That's a 1900% profit.
