I went to eLeet for my MacBook Air (15 inch), and i am very satisfied with the service they provided. My laptop screen had a crack in it and the display no longer worked. I use my laptop for school, so i needed it fixed quickly and properly and they did just that. When i went to pick it up, he showed me exactly where the crack in the screen was with a flashlight. He also explained to me how to properly care for my laptop. I would highly recommended eLeet computer solutions! Hopefully I don't need to go again anytime soon, but if i do i know i will be greeted with very friendly people. read more

I took my computer in and told them I need a new graphics card which they said I was right but then they tried to charge me 375.99 for a graphics card that cost 250. Then after i took it home it didn't work, I took it back and they replaced it and they then told me I needed a new cpu which I just installed a new one. The girl running the front desk was not able to answer a lot of questions, including SALES and PRICING when I called. There's also a lot of Donald Trump memorabilia and Hillary Clinton memes, which despite what their purpose is or who they were from do not belong on a sales floor. Period. A lot of people are tired of seeing both of them, let alone 45. Political stuff does not belong in a place about repairing computers. Heed my advice and seek business elsewhere! :) I want to make it known I would have accepted the repair had there NOT been political propaganda in the shop. For a lot of people, Trump symbolizes discrimination so if the shop doesn't match his values it makes no sense as to why they would be displayed. I ended up buying a new machine instead which obviously exceeds the cost of what this repair would have been. My review, which is a valid one sorry to say, is based on this. Regards! read more

Whole experience was disappointing. I dropped my laptop and needed the screen repaired quickly before my online classes started. I explained that on the phone prior to leaving my laptop with them to run diagnostics. I dropped it off on a Friday and received a phone call that the diagnostic was ran on Monday. They didn't have the part to repair it in stock and would have to order it and wait for shipment (understandable). However, all employees would be out of office for over 2 weeks for vacation and would have to repair my laptop once they return (also understandable). However, why was this not brought to my attention when I was very clear about the time frame I would need it returned so that I could begin my class? They made me pay for the diagnostic, and they also didn't replace the rubber feet. Really disappointing. Had I known, I would have taken my laptop elsewhere. Waiving the diagnostic fee would have been a smart move since there was a complete lack of communication. read more

I have always taken my computer to eLeet computer and always satisfied. This time, however, I took my computer for them to work on and they called and said it was ready and told me what they did. I took it home and it seemed to be okay but then when I booted it up again there was nothing but a blank screen. That time it cost me $211.00 telling me that it was fixed. I then took it back down and he implied that I had dropped it or bang it against something and said it was no good. I DID NOT drop it or bang it against anything. He sold me another computer and my total cost for going there was over $700.00. Besides the money I was very much insulted and will not be returning there again. read more

Needed help w my 5 yr old HP which was giving me all sorts of warnings. Consulted yelp and saw one review for eleet. I called and liked young mans demeanor on phone. He said appt not necessary; just bring in. Lou was helpful w/o being condescending to an "older" retired computer user. He said one chg for diagnostics and would call w estimate next day. He did. Gave me two options. Long story short, I purchased a new computer from him. He offered great price on one that he thought was pretty compatible to my old in familiarity/installed accessories etc. he copied all my data as my old HP had crashed and installed on new for moderate fee. My MacBook was acting screwy and then seemed to be alright again. Needless to say, I wanted someone to take a look at it. When I dropped it off, the gentleman listened to the problems I had been experiencing, answered my questions, and explained what he would be doing to test it. Low and behold, he told me over the phone the next day that it didn't have any problems and that it was ready to be picked up. When I did, he fully explained what had probably happened and gave my hard drive and computer a clean bill of health. He even did a clean up to help it run a bit better and did not try to upsell me anything -- I just had to pay for the test itself, which I was aware of yesterday when I dropped it off. It was great! My laptop had been just quitting on me at times. I'm not extremely educated on electronics. I took it to Staples, a friend had bought a pc there and she said they repair them. Dropped it off, when I went back, a few hrs later...a different person, told me, " The motherboard is damaged and can't b repaired.However, they could offer me an exchange on a new one. I declined the offer. I then took it to ELeet. I had seen their shop often, driving by, so wanted another opinion. I met Lou, he was very nice, didn't say Staples employee was right or wrong, just said he could do a Diagnostic test and would get back to me with the results.Within a couple hrs...he notified me he was done. When I went back, he said the Motherboard had NO problems! The issue was, I had numerous Virises and MalWare! For a decent fee, he said he would clear them all out and get it functioning again. I got it back the next day, it looked brand new....he had also cleaned everything! It ran every bit as good as the day I bought it!! A few weeks later, my niece was having problems with hers. I took it for her to ELeet. Again, Lou diagnosed it, fixed it and she to was compl pleased!! I call Lou if I have an issue or need advise...if it's something I can do on my own, he tells me. If not, I take it to him! I can't possibly describe how impressed I am with the service! Lou, was very pleasant and explained everything in terms I could understand! I have been to see the "Geek Squad" and like I said, to Staples...both places tried to make a SALE, rather than fix my PC. I HIGHLY recommend ELeet for any repairs and if needed, I would have more confidence buying a new one from them, than anywhere else!!
