When he tried to communicate politely to resolve the issue, he was met with repetitive, ChatGPT-generated responses instead of real conversation. On top of that, I've had to share my phone and spend time helping him figure out how to resolve this legally, which has been a massive inconvenience. This is shady, unprofessional, and outright manipulative. Avoid this place at all costs. P.S. The parts used aren't even genuine Apple products--expect to pay even more if you want those.
