Absolutely wonderful guy, took good care of my daughter after she dropped her phone in the water, and was freaking out about it. He took good care of it and quickly. Very much a pleasure to deal with, and a great result. Thank you! read more

Brought a phone in that wouldn't turn on. Guy said "give me half hour". Came back 45min later because when I came back 29 min later he bitched at me for coming to early. After a 31$ diagnostic scan he said there's nothing he could do. Best he could do is give us 50$ bucks for the screen. I left wanting to weight my options. Came back with the phone the next week. Taking him up on his offer. After he tried to weasel his way out of it. Telling me he never checked the screen, "possibly screen is broked...... You know? He said he couldn't risk it. Con artist. Don't go here. read more

I went in to get a phone fixed not even 24 hours later my phone was on. But it was a black screen. Then when talking about it. He blamed me then he said that he put a different phone screen on. It didn't match my phone. Horrible service. Would not recommend this place read more

Look no further for a phone repair place. Fast and affordable with wonderful quality products. My phone screen was completely useless and he diagnosed it quickly. Since it was just a screen issue, he offered two options: aftermarket for $110 and the true apple screen was $145. I chose the latter just to be on the safe side. It took an hour just because it was busy. He said it usually takes about 20 minutes. We came back in an hour and it was already ready. I also bought a cute phone case so in total it was $155. Soooo worth it. read more

My iPhone 6s was experiencing battery issues and starting to bulge on the left side of the device. Whether it was a swollen battery or something more serious, I needed to get it checked out before my next work call. After doing a bit of research the night before, I set up an appointment the next morning. The service technician was prompt, professional, and patient to quickly diagnose the issue. Fortunately, the tech showed me the common culprit; a swollen battery that was slowing down the processor and causing random phone shutoffs. It took around 15 minutes from initial diagnosis to leaving the store with a fresh new battery, rejuvenating my iPhone at an affordable price. With a 6 month warranty, I have added peace of mind to keep my device running smoothly. read more

I highly recommend visiting Penn Phone Fix for any issues you are having with your cell phone. Last month, I visited twice to fix two separate issues I was having with my phone and was extremely satisfied both times. Prices are very affordable and the issues with my phone were completely fixed each time. It's hard to be without a phone as a college student, as we need it to login for our classes, but my phone was fixed in a matter of a couple hours! The repairs that were completed were a cracked screen, battery replacement, and fixing a charging port connection issue. Definitely will be a returning customer when I encounter any more phone issues in the future! read more

I tried replacing the battery in my phone from a video on YouTube and found out that it wasn't quite as easy as they make it look on TV. As a matter of fact I cracked my screen doing it. So I took my phone to pen phone fix and I was more than happy. He fixed the battery then he fixed the screen and returned it to me at a decent price. I own a Motorola and not everybody wants to work on them but they're an exceptionally good phone. I'm happy and I will use his services again. He puts forth more effort than most people and cares about his job because he's the one who owns it. I'm sure he'll go the extra mile for you also. I dropped my phone and my front camera stopped working, so I brought it in, and it was fixed in 20 minutes at a reasonable price! I was a bit nervous and walked in to see one gentleman working at one desk in the corner but I was very pleasantly surprised. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would attach a photo, but the damage was internal so you just have to trust me on that part! He also gave me a 6 month warrantee for the camera, so he must be doing good job to guarantee that! read more

I needed my phone fixed quickly in March and this was the first place that I found. He replaced the screen, battery, and the entire back of my iPhone 11. Just over two months later my phone began restarting every 2-5 minutes. I took it to the guy I normally do at home and he found that screws were missing from inside my phone, there was a lot of water damage (and I have never dropped my phone in water) and that there was a counterfeit battery in it. I won't be bringing my phone back here. And my phone is permanently messed up from taking it here. Save yourself the headache read more
