I like that the paintball boxes are identified by purpose, e.g. recreation, competitive play, etc. The place is not the easiest to find because it is situated in a basement and behind a cell phone/buy/sell place. That was a little bit of a turnoff, and the place was secured like Fort Knox. We had to ring a doorbell to gain entry. In some ways, I get the need to keep a place like this secured from thieves. Christian was not very friendly, said very little to us upon our entry, during our visit, and our exit. He could be more customer service-oriented in his demeanor because if it weren't for my teenager being so excited about being there and our driving a distance to get there, we might not have followed through with a visit. I even tried to make a bit of conversation with Christian about other paintball owners he may have met through regional competition, but he didn't make any effort to communicate further than to slightly acknowledge my talking with him. I almost felt like I was bothering him by asking questions or making conversation. Future customers, don't let one person's review and my comments about one salesperson deter you from 68 Caliber Paintball Store. We will return, and hopefully have a better customer service experience to go with the wonderful selection of product!
