It's probably easy to get good reviews when things go right. And I've purchased machines and…read morecabinets from Amy several times over the years, and can attest to that being the norm. But now I can also vouch for Amy's when things go wrong! I purchased a fairly high-end Janome machine from Amy's, and the day after I got it home, an important component broke. I was devastated, but when I returned to the store I was immediately assured that the machine would be repaired or replaced. Within a week, I received a call to come pick up a new machine. Amy said that she felt that I, as a consumer, might worry that something else was wrong if they did a repair, so they worked with Janome to simply replace the machine. I might have expected to be treated as an inconvenience, or been sent home with an iffy product. Instead, I was even offered a gift card to compensate me for the inconvenience of having to wait! That is what is meant by exceeding customer expectations. Imagine what my experience would have been if I had purchased my machine on line! Nothing can compare to working with a good dealer. And Amy's is, simply, the best.

I had recently been to other shops in the area that had clearance Moda and other top quality fabric for $4-$7 a yard and regular yard prices of $10-$13 a yard. I was completing a shop hop and they only had 2 of the 10 hop specific fabrics. So a bust in trying to buy said fabric. The workers were unfamiliar with the shop hop fabrics. They also were unfamiliar with specifics on other lines of fabric in the store- aka "Do you have any other fabrics with this bolt? Is this fat quarter available on a bolt so I can buy a yard or two?" There is a wide selection of fabric panels. They have a huge classroom space and several models of sewing machines and long arm quilt machines setup. It was a nice store but there are a lot better options out there price and selection wise both in person and online.

I could not be any more pleased to find this company while googling! We designed our t-shirt online and then I called to see if our order will make it in time and Michael G. told us it would on the phone, and then sent me an email with details. He also noticed that the color of tshirt we picked did not match the logo color (because color on screen can be deceiving!). And then helped us to find the t-shirt color best matched to our logo. We also ordered different design/color t-shirts and sweatshirts. Michael and Carly G. helped us with making the order as smooth as possible. Both kept their words when they said that the boxes will be shipped in time for our homecoming! The first box arrived and we shared it with some of the staff and it does look like it'll sell out! We are keeping your business in our binder for future orders! :) Thank you Michael and Carly!

I think this company caters to group orders such as baseball teams, etc. Although I am a repeat individual customer, today they gave me my item back and the letters were crooked. I told them the item (a 100% Egyptian Cotton hand towel from JCPenney) was paid for using a $10.00 gift card and $3.34 in cash. After much back and forth, I told them I just wanted my money back. I spoke with the "Owner" and she would only reimburse me $3.34 for the towel and 75% of the price I paid for the embroidery. So, I am out a $10.00 gift card from JCPenney and $2.50 in embroidery. My advice is to go to the Crafty Shack in Harrison City rather than Log Cabin Embroidery as the latter only cares about bulk order customers at this point in time.
