He also noticed that the color of tshirt we picked did not match the logo color (because color on screen can be deceiving!). And then helped us to find the t-shirt color best matched to our logo. I think this company caters to group orders such as baseball teams, etc. Although I am a repeat individual customer, today they gave me my item back and the letters were crooked. I told them the item (a 100% Egyptian Cotton hand towel from JCPenney) was paid for using a $10.00 gift card and $3.34 in cash. After much back and forth, I told them I just wanted my money back. I spoke with the "Owner" and she would only reimburse me $3.34 for the towel and 75% of the price I paid for the embroidery. So, I am out a $10.00 gift card from JCPenney and $2.50 in embroidery. My advice is to go to the Crafty Shack in Harrison City rather than Log Cabin Embroidery as the latter only cares about bulk order customers at this point in time.

The owner, Becca, was very friendly and generous with her time. She told me about how the building was formerly a funeral home that had sat empty for several years until the quilt shop moved in. They are making improvements over time. How wonderful to see an old building re-purposed instead being torn down. The shop is organized by seasons; fall, winter, spring and summer. This made it easy for me to browse the different areas. The fabrics are high quality and popular brands. Some of the fat quarters are packaged together in coordinating colors and tied with ribbon. Jelly rolls, kits and patterns are available for purchase. There are unique gift items and yarns available. I was given a calendar listing upcoming classes. This shop is definitely 5 stars.
