They even auto renewed my contract for another year even when their system showed they were not connected to my security system any longer. In reviewing my bank account I finally noticed that I have been paying $30.45 for the last year. I contacted them to handle the matter and they stated they never received my e-mail and that I needed to send it again and they would not credit me back any of the paid amounts. I had exterior cables run to the exterior, but when I got around to installing cameras to them I couldn't find the drops for them, even where Greg said they should be. It turns out during the construction process, they were sealed behind the drywall and no longer accessible from the conduit where they were originally run. They came out and found them in the wall space where they were supposed to be, but inaccessible by hand, and helped me recover them years after the original build. Thank you and 5 stars!
