I got my tooth pulled, had a bad reaction to the medication and after that it all went to hell! Im talking head to toe, with my face being the worst off. Finally March 2021 I got to a place where it felt safe to try to manage my facial skin cosmetically again. I got a hydra facial with Sarah and my confidence has been restored. I am so happy! Skin tone, texture and elasticity of my face have improved immensely. This is the happiest I've been with my face in almost 3 years. I was absolutely blown away how patient and kind she was during the consultation: nothing like anything i've experienced in the past. We talked about my goals and while I originally was planning to get filler & Botox after the consultation, we decided to take it slow and just go for Botox this time. I am extremely happy with my results (masseter muscle Botox for jaw clenching) and wish I would have taken the plunge sooner. My grinding has reduced by probably 90% and my jaw pain has improved so much that I didn't even need to use a supportive bite block at the dentist during my last visit, which I typically need 10 minutes into my exam. I booked a second visit for chin filler and I am absolutely over the moon with the results. I live in NH and take the bus to South Station; then a 15 minute walk to 'Help Relax Me' for Penny's Thai Massage and Bodywork. I have an illness with a common recurring symptom of muscle rigidity sometimes lasting days. Inevitably this rigidity gets ahead of my efforts. So I often turn to Massage. I request a 90 minute Traditional Thai Combination. Penny performs deep tissue, acupressure, hot stone, cupping and more! Then there is the stretching! I walk out of the studio with relaxed muscles, a body aligned and in balance. For me, on day 2, I feel great. The relief last for a few weeks. My illness is Parkinson's Disease.
