That is not what happened. The divot was still there, and she added cartilage to make the tip more pronounced which I never wanted! I spent thousands of dollars, which were completely wasted. I decided to go to another surgeon, in Boston, who finally fixed the deviated septum (I am starting to think she didn't even attempt that) and took out the extra cartilage in the tip. It now, looks natural, not like a ski slope. He was an amazing surgeon and I should have gone to him the first time. She also left me with a dull, constant pain in my nose. After this second surgery, the pain is gone. Complete waste of money.

Dr. Doherty combines incredible skill with a genuine concern for his patients' well-being and confidence. I felt like I was in the best possible hands throughout the entire process. If you're considering plastic surgery later in life, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Doherty. If you are looking for the consummate professional, you have found her in Dr, DiGiorgio…read more I have seen quite a few dermatologists for different cosmetic procedures and she is by far the best. Here is what separates her from the rest (in my opinion): -Honesty- when I have asked her opinion she had always been honest in letting me know what will and won't work and how. Additionally, she has always taken her time in explaining everything to me so I have a clear idea of what to expect- result, down time, etc. -Care- she truly cares that her patients look their best. There are doctors who will look at you, do a procedure and are out of the room. Dr, DiGiorgio takes her time to ensure that you are comfortable and that you will truly achieve the best possible result. She cares that her patients are happy! -an amazing eye for what will work, symmetry, etc. I trust her. I know she will only do something that will look good. Honestly, if she tells you to do something- do it. -she really does have an "angel's touch". She makes the experience pretty painless. I am thrilled I finally found a Dr. with her level of education, knowledge, and talent. Will not go anywhere else.

I have been a patient, of Dr. Tessa Hadlock since 2008, when she was still part of MEEI,…read moreMassachusetts Eye And Ear Infirmary. I consider Dr. Hadlock to be one of the best Boston facial plastic surgeons. In particular, she specializes in blepharoplasty, facelifts, and rhinoplasty. I originally had Dr Hadlock work on my severely deviated septum, as she came highly recommended as one of the best rhinoplasty surgeons in Boston. Her surgical skills were excellent! Unfortunately, due to the fact that she had to use ear cartilage to straighten my septum, it re-deviated. I assume insurance requires that she do the least invasive thing just. In this case, ear cartilage was less invasive than rib cartilage. This year, my jawline had softened to the extent where I justified having it tightened up a little, like it used to look in my twenties. Dr. Hadlock was able to re-create my more youthful jawline... And I am so happy with my results! I also opted in, at the same time, for a blepharoplasty, which involves taking a tiny amount of skin from the upper eyelids. Again, she did an excellent job, leaving my eyes, looking more open and less tired. I look like I came back from a fabulous vacation. THE DEAL: if you don't look as young as you feel, Dr. Hadlock may be able to bring back a more youthful shape to your face again. After all, she is one of Boston's top doctors for facial plastic surgery!
