DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! We had a break-in recently in our indoor unit. Our lock was completely…read moredestroyed. Over seven days have passed and they STILL haven't repaired the door. Outside of the call telling us about the break-in, we've heard nothing from the property owners. An EGREGIOUS breach of contract. An entire week gone by without being able to lock our unit. We resorted to buying chains and locks and try to figure out a way to secure it. In addition, their pest control is atrocious. Inspecting the damage from the break-in, we found mice urine and feces all over our property. We salvaged what we could, but there is a severe concern for hantavirus. The smell of urine was palpable, even with a mask. We saw mice running in the hallway and could hear them in other units. No doubt, their property is getting soiled by mice. SECURITY is LAUGHABLE at best. The gate code opens multiple gates, not just the one to your unit. The keypad to the indoor units is useless if you unlock the doors from the inside. That's right, if one person forgets to lock it, anybody can get in. I wouldn't be surprised if the thief owns a unit for easy access. Why not just invite someone to rob the place? Their gates? As I eluded to before, your gate code unlocks multiple gates, not just the one with your unit. In addition, several of the gates are broken. The gates that are closest to the main road? Ineffective, at least for our building. There's perhaps a foot (perhaps more) of clearance from the bottom of the gate to the ground... Cameras? They have a few, but not near enough. For my building with an indoor, climate controlled unit? None. Thieves can take their sweet time in there, which is exactly what they did. Every single box was opened. Irreplaceable items, financial information, etc. gone. Now then, this isn't the first break-in. They've had several. When calling the police to update our police report, they got it confused with another report that happened days after. Below is a link for a news video published by WRTV regarding the break-ins. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_fwOaRv4rs The fact that they call themselves SecureCare is offensive. Perhaps other SecureCare facilities are better, but this one...with the pest infestation and the seven plus days that have passed and we still cannot lock our unit (it's not the lock that's broken, but the entire locking mechanism), their slogan should be, "SecureCare, Infested and Uninterested."

Where shall I begin? Moved into a newly-built house on Dec 10. Six movers (five men and a young…read morewoman). Here's the list of damages: hutch glass broken, two finials off of an antique bed broken off (they couldn't find the finials), antique Fender guitar case cracked/broken, large gouges on concrete floor in garage, over a dozen gouges and scrapes/scuffs on walls throughout the house, pedals removed from Yamaha grand piano (not supposed to be removed), glass broken on large picture, scrapes and back of antique mirror split, front door scraped, scratches on wood furniture throughout house that we wound up repairing ourselves. It got so out of hand that the supervisor showed up and sent the crew outside. This is a brand new house and was in perfect condition until Two Men and a Truck moved us in. We chose them because they had the lowest bid - our bad! They repaired most of the cosmetic issues but compensation for antique bed damage, antique guitar case damage, and permanent gouges on the garage floor fell seriously short ... $600? And all of the repairs were not completed until a week ago, so damages still visible throughout the holidays. Regret not going with Two Guys and a Truck out of Anderson ... higher bid but higher standards.

Nonetheless, Kendrick and Fisher were up to the task and willing to help with the move which took all day. They were polite the entire time, even though we had quite a lot of stuff. They were also very gentle with our things and made sure to wrap everything meticulously. Not a single item was damaged. They even took some stuff away as my boyfriend and I had some furniture we did not need. I highly recommend Kendrick and Fisher from two men in a truck. They were wonderful and attentive with our move!
