Then the man tried to bring out more flooring that was warped just like the first flooring but he wanted me to sign a waiver saying that if he put this flooring down and it was the same way that I would not take him to small claims court again. He knew when he brought out that flooring that it was warped. He also claims to be a pastor but I can't find this church anywhere. It is in my opinion that he really wasn't going to try to put down the flooring he just wanted me to sign a waiver because my credit card company wanted him to clear up the flooring problem that he created. This was a trick for me to believe that he was going to redo my flooring then he was going to turn that paper over to the credit card company and not come out and do the flooring and leave the warped flooring in my home because that's all he can do with it. He can't sell it to anybody else it's going in the garbage

Craig came to my house and measured more thoroughly than anyone else that came. He provided mock ups of what he was going to do and what it would look like, which no one else did. He also provided recommendations as this was my first time doing a project of this kind and I was trying to handle both this and my wife's pregnancy at the same time. When the cabinets arrived, they were great quality, real plywood and he and his crew were able to get installation done in just a few hours. These are big cabinets and spaces to maneuver in and things look great. From beginning to end, they did everything we wanted…read more We remodeled two bathrooms, one a total gut-job, down to the floor, and the other bath had its vanity/tile/shower door installed. Every subcontractor did beautiful work - the tile company and shower door company in particular. The bathrooms are fantastic and have been rescued from 1987. Martha was our Project Manager and she was above-and-beyond outstanding! Very communicative and listened to our concerns over some details - all of which were addressed immediately. She was on-site during active work 95% of the time. The other 5%, she called. Martha was never unreachable and it made us feel way less stressed. Beginning to end was pretty quick and painless - maybe 8 weeks, tops.
