I can't control my cycle that happened to come the evening before my Pap smear. I must pay for each visit in full. The front desk receptionist offered me to come in for part of the visit. Who was going to pay for the next visit?! I spoke to the director/management Antoinette I think it was and she said it was nothing she could do to help me because rules are rules. I explained to her the stress I endured that caused my cycle to be off and she still did not care. Do not waste your money or your time on such unapologetic, unrealistic, and unprofessional establishment. As I told the lady who said there was nothing she could do to help me. Thank you for allowing me to take my business elsewhere because you all do not deserve it. I rather go to an out of network doctor who actually cares for patients.

Upon entering, I was greeted immediately and assisted. They have a large waiting area with plenty of seating. My dr.s appointment was at 8 and was in and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Stanislawki was very attentive and nice. I did not feel rushed at all and just put me at ease. Had to get bloodwork done, super quick and simple. The nurses who take care of that were patient and efficient at what they do. Everything is marked and labeled so you don't get lost at all.

I couldn't go with them as the new practice is on the other side of town, so I tried the new one that replaced it. Just horrible! Oh, I adore my new physician, but a doctor is just part of a team. The rest of the team is useless. Where did they recruit the support staff from, McDonalds? Not surprising that in this enormous building that is now almost vacant, none of the space is devoted to support staff. I guess they just outsourced it to save money. Well, you can't trust them to do anything right, and nobody admits mistakes or takes responsibility, and you can't talk to anyone at the top. Your only contact is with the doctor, and the rest of the team is invisible, unreachable, and uninterested in doing a job. I've had enough and switched to a new practice where I can actually talk in person with the support staff. Good riddance to MMG!

Today was the tipping point. 20 minutes after my appointment time I ask and I'm told we are way behind and expect a long wait. Nobody bothered to inform us we had to ask. Their service sucks.
