I drove to wrong office at first and immediately got on phone with dr. Bremjits office to say i was on the way. they said if you are not here by 2:30 for a 2:20 appt. they would cancel my appointment. i drove in a hurry to get there and then the GPS gave bad directions. immediately called office back to get exact location. when i got to desk at 2:40 they said sorry you are cancelled. i told them i am not rescheduling as i didnt like how i was treated. i will be looking into other providers now perhaps Novant and seek out providers who truly care about your health not someone only looking for a co pay for someone they didn't even see. Perhaps I will take this complaint further....AMA and more.

My doctor used to be in the Novant Medical Tower but they've moved over to here. I've never been here. Much fancier (there's big money in medicine) with a welcoming receptionist in the ground floor lobby and a check-in team at the second-floor lobby of Novant Health Heart & Vascular Institute. Professional and welcoming, I was checked in and waited about ten minutes, despite the fact that I was thirty minutes early thanks to less traffic and a faster Uber this morning. I did not get to experience the parking situation today. An initial exam and details by two nurses who did all the blood pressure and stuff before the physicians assistant came in. Professional, not rushed, a full exam was done and then it was complete. My prescription was called in to the pharmacy a half hour later. Overall, very pleasant and frictionless. In particular my surgeon, Dr. Shana Grief, her Team Members and Support Staff knew what to do and when to do it. From the moment I was brought into the Novant Presbytarian Hospital to the time I left they went out of their way to keep me and my family informed of what was happening to me and what I could expect. Their professionalism, kindness and thoroughness to detail kept me alive. Now, that is a big thing from my and my family's point of view. From the front office to the surgery to the recovery was an excellent experience. A simple "THANK YOU" seems like a small thing. If you have the need for this type of excellent medical care from caring, knowledgable, professionals then this is the place to go and these are the people to take care of you. Dr. Taylor is absolutely amazing--knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about her patients. The entire staff reflects that same level of professionalism and kindness. You're always greeted warmly, and the office is clean, organized, and well-run. One thing I really appreciate is the efficiency--there's rarely a long wait, and they do their best to work you in when something comes up unexpectedly. That level of care and consideration goes a long way. I've also seen Dr. Anderson for sports medicine, and he was just as great--thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. Overall, this practice sets the standard for what a primary care office should be. If you're looking for a PCP in Charlotte, this is it. 10 out of 10--highly recommend.
