There are a couple of Doctors and P.A.'s here at this location. They are all really good, as is their treatment practices. We moved here last week and are currently having our records sent over. In the mean time my baby is very sick. Coughing, throwing up and just acting strange. I called to see if we could get in to see a Dr. The women on the phone was difficult to work with. She said you had to have their second which I totally understand. I told her I can print off the records until they receive them in the mail. She said she needed to check with her supervisor. She came back to be 2 minutes later and told me that would be fine, but she won't make an appointment over the phone and that I have to come in first give her my records then she could see what she has at that time and I could come back later. I reiterated I had 4 kids and that wouldn't be helpful and would be difficult for me to do. She said she would get her supervisor. I have been sitting on hold now for 19:54 second. If this is the way you guys treat you new customer you should be ashamed of the way you train your employees. We are coming from the Chicagoland area and the healthcare is spectacular. She was cold, very rude, patronizing & disinterested. I could go on & on with my story but it is too upsetting to recount all of it. But the worst points, aside from her bedside manner was she botched my first lithotripsy, didn't listen when I knew my stent had fallen & seemed to take pleasure in humiliating me & talking down to me. She made a HUGE point of telling my husband & I how she didn't normally work in that towns hospital & she was working on her day off. I have many, many health problems including autoimmune, cancer etc long before encountering this "Dr." I was told by my neurologist to always make sure if I go to the ER or hospital that it is vital information told up front. She told me she knew nothing about autoimmune disease that yet she's a DO? The stent I had placed fell & when I called her office I was completely dismissed. She botched my first lithotripsy so I had to endure another which put off healing even further. I felt emotionally "battered" by her & have not been able to fully trust doctors since. After my surgery, I woke up with terrible leg pain. I was worried I had a clot. They checked it & I didn't. I have been in pain ever since & have trouble walking. I will NEVER trust another doctor again thanks to her. That was in January of 2020 & I see from reviews by others I'm not the only "victim!"

I expected them to be pleasant enough (most doctor office staff is), but I felt that this staff is way above the average office. And they just opened an Urgent Care in the same facility! The office staff was smiling & helpful in getting all my new patient paperwork pile together. Waiting room is comfortable and very spacious - if you are there for a well visit you don't feel like you are right next to 3 people with the flu! There are several doctors in the practice, which keeps the waiting room moving. Once in the back you are weighed & measured and get vitals checked. Nurses and/or P.A.'s are friendly and thorough, going over your history and any concerns. I have seen several of the doctors in this practice, and I have been very pleased with all of them. Knowledgeable, very approachable when it comes to asking questions - and they make sure you understand the answers and any recommendations given. You will not feel like you are being rushed through your appointment! Labcorp is upstairs in the same building so any bloodwork needed is a breeze. Plus they even have an app where you can get your results. They are quick to follow up with a call to be sure you don't have any additional questions. An awesome group of people, awesome enough that I will be sure my future insurance choices allow me to stay here no matter what!!

I explained to him that the plantar fascitis on both my feet are just killing me, and after gently questioning what treatment I've been using - ice, stretching, Strasbourg sock, not running (hah!) - you know what he says? "Let's give you a Cortisone shot." And I didn't even have to ask! AWESOME! The point is, it's refreshing to be attended by a physician that takes the time to ask questions, give you carefully considered options, and offer quality solutions based upon YOUR NEEDS.
