He always listens to my concerns, takes me seriously, he doesn't ignore or talk over me. He includes me in my care, and he searches out new approaches and medicines if what we're doing isn't working, or we simply want it to work even better. The two times I've had trouble affording certain medications, he's worked hard to get me free samples or get me on a Patient Assistance Program (PAP). He's never let me go without what I need - always been a strong patient advocate! I would and have enthusiastically recommended him to other rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. If you're looking for a kind, compassionate doctor who listens to and works with you... this is your man! His staff is also excellent. The clinic looks new and beautiful, and it's always very clean. They are very efficient and always seem to be running on schedule. I get in & out of my appointments quickly! Within an hour of my conversation, I received a message from the CDC indicating I was "due for a booster". Very disconcerting that they didn't get this very important information correct!
