I can't control my cycle that happened to come the evening before my Pap smear. I must pay for each visit in full. The front desk receptionist offered me to come in for part of the visit. Who was going to pay for the next visit?! I spoke to the director/management Antoinette I think it was and she said it was nothing she could do to help me because rules are rules. I explained to her the stress I endured that caused my cycle to be off and she still did not care. Do not waste your money or your time on such unapologetic, unrealistic, and unprofessional establishment. As I told the lady who said there was nothing she could do to help me. Thank you for allowing me to take my business elsewhere because you all do not deserve it. I rather go to an out of network doctor who actually cares for patients.

I literally am considering finding my children old doctor and making that travel. I can not understand for the life of me how a doctor can properly treat two children over a zoom call never have I had that done because there is just no way you can look at two children who by the way can't even follow simple directions in the office when you have things done let alone on a zoom call. What if the doctor misses something and says oh their fine and it turns out to be something worst. I am just totally unsatisfied and again I've been going there since 2010 and I'm definitely considering leaving. I have never really been satisfied with Dr Summers he is just not happy go lucky Dr friedman and this is just icing on the cake. I've contacted her over 20 times and left many voicemail messages over the period of 2.5 months and the issue still is not resolved. They have not returned my call at all. Terrible billing and communication practices, also no follow through on correcting their billing errors by submitting a claim using the correct billing code. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT choose this sick place as your medical provider!!!

As a patient, I was more than pleased with the high level of service. The entire practice -- every one there -- was courteous and efficient. I was able to quickly get an appointment and, once I arrived, I did not have to wait long.... refreshing! I was even more pleased with the level of care given by Dr. (Eugene) Sangmuah. He listened (that's important!) to my concerns and provided help accordingly. The office was able to provide an Xray on-site (very helpful and appreciated). Dr. Sangmuah called soon after the appt. with recommendations. I will not only be back, but my entire family will follow me there. Excellent!!

When I went to Dr Garuba, he solved the mystery, and diagnosed the problem before even running any tests. Also, when you see Dr Garuba, he does not rush through your appointment and will ask you multiple times if you have any questions that need to be addressed. I would definitely recommend him, and have, by getting my parents to see him as well.

You pay an annual fee depending on your family composition. The benefits are many, especially compared to HMOs and other medical practices. Appointments can be regularly made same day or on the next. And the scheduled duration of your appointment is 40 minutes v. the standard 15 minutes. Much more time to talk with your physician and get her relaxed, not rushed, attention. They have support staff in-house. There is a nutrition/dietician consultant. A small gym is available for your use supported by their in-house trainer/physical therapist. The physicians include a cardiologist that works well with the family practice practitioners. As this is a small, personalized practice, the physicians regularly update each other, especially when they see patients who are part of another partner physician. Personal, readily accessible, part of the Novant system, Hallmark is well-connected with truly top quality specialists. All insurance is accepted..at least all of ours is. Now in our 70s, we are very happy and reassured being part of this practice. We will receive great care as individual people, rather than just part of the daily flow of patients. Upon arrival, the disorganized staff put her into a holding room and ignored her for an hour past her appointment time, until we simply gave up and left in frustration at the horrible patient care and attention. This practice is disorganized and, in terms of bedside manner, incompetent. We will go elsewhere for our medical care. Any so called "concierge practice " that behaves in this manner should be ashamed to call themselves healthcare providers. Update: While I appreciate the apology, trust, once lost, is very difficult to regain. What we saw was a level of disorganization and, more critically important to patients, an absolute lack of any concern or caring, both in the office and when I called the receptionist. I have had more caring responses at the Department of Motor Vehicles--a low bar indeed. I sincerely hope that what we experienced is an aberration, and wish you well in correcting the issues we experienced.

HUGE parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. It is located on the second floor with other offices nearby. You can't get lost as they have signs of directions, you and name plates. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately and assisted. They have a large waiting area with plenty of seating. My dr.s appointment was at 8 and was in and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Stanislawki was very attentive and nice. I did not feel rushed at all and just put me at ease. Had to get bloodwork done, super quick and simple. The nurses who take care of that were patient and efficient at what they do. Everything is marked and labeled so you don't get lost at all.
