I couldn't go with them as the new practice is on the other side of town, so I tried the new one that replaced it. Just horrible! Oh, I adore my new physician, but a doctor is just part of a team. The rest of the team is useless. Where did they recruit the support staff from, McDonalds? Not surprising that in this enormous building that is now almost vacant, none of the space is devoted to support staff. I guess they just outsourced it to save money. Well, you can't trust them to do anything right, and nobody admits mistakes or takes responsibility, and you can't talk to anyone at the top. Your only contact is with the doctor, and the rest of the team is invisible, unreachable, and uninterested in doing a job. I've had enough and switched to a new practice where I can actually talk in person with the support staff. Good riddance to MMG!

I like the doctor, I just don't like being treated like my time isn't worth a thing. I literally showed up 2 minutes late because of a terrible traffic accident blocking the way. I was told you're late and we cannot see you. Yet the next visit I waited over an hour past my appointment time and didn't even get a sorry for the delay. Today was the tipping point. 20 minutes after my appointment time I ask and I'm told we are way behind and expect a long wait. Nobody bothered to inform us we had to ask. Their service sucks. I have fired them today. I am moving on. I'm just tired of years of poor service!!

A terrific side benefit is I am learning to eat right and eat healthy for the first time. It simply isn't a problem to do. All you have to do is follow some simple instructions and that's it. HUGE parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. It is located on the second floor with other offices nearby. You can't get lost as they have signs of directions, you and name plates. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately and assisted. They have a large waiting area with plenty of seating. My dr.s appointment was at 8 and was in and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Stanislawki was very attentive and nice. I did not feel rushed at all and just put me at ease. Had to get bloodwork done, super quick and simple. The nurses who take care of that were patient and efficient at what they do. Everything is marked and labeled so you don't get lost at all.

I was brought to the hospital after my son called 911 because of a major panic attack. I called a doctor i was going to in Indian trail and they could not get me in for 5 weeks???? I was so upset I just sat there and cried. My health conditions are ruining my life and I felt alone and no doctor cared I don't want to live like this anymore. I called the office in Indian trail after my family doctor couldn't see me for a long time. The staff was very friendly and booked me an appointment for the next day with doctor Andrew kindle. They got me right in. And as doctor kindle walked in in my mind I am like here we go someone else that is not going to care for me or help me. I was dead wrong! Dr kindle sat there listening to every health problem I had. I told him I had very terrible insurance and could not go to a specialist cause I could not afford it. He sat there with me for an hour! Wow I was taken back how much he listened cared and was saying we are going to try and help you with everything going on. I have herniated discs in my neck, chronic Epstein Barr, aniemia, fibromyalgia, panic attacks ( after I watched my dad die) and worst of all and most frustrating interstitial cystitis ( which most urologist are ignorant and do not even want to learn or know about this painful terrible untreatable condition) dr kindle knew what it was but you could tell he knew little about about it but not enough. I went in for my second appointment and he walked in the room and said to me so after you left I have been researching interstitial cystitis and here is what I came up with!!!!!!!! I wanted to cry that someone really was going to help me he sat with me for another hour! I can not thank dr kindle and staff enough!!! I finally found someone who will take the time to treat me right instead of just rushing writing scripts and not caring enough what is going on. I will never change doctors ever ! He is wonderful !!!
