Dr. Thomas is one of the most caring, kind and supportive Doctors that I have ever met. He listens and works to come up with the best treatment for each of his patients. I absolutely love the care I get at Thomas Chiropractic, Liz and Cata are so sweet and caring and Dr Richard Thomas is so professional, punctual , efficient and always goes the extra mile to care for me, my family and even my employees ... I have never had an experience for chiropractic care, like I get with them. I have a crazy schedule and often have to call at last minute to be seen, they have always worked me in even if it means them having to stay late to help me out... Thanks for all you do !!!!! read more

My teenage son was experiencing back pain from sports. I called Thomas Chiropractic Center and Catalina was very friendly and got us right in for an appointment. She took care of finding out insurance benefits, so all we had to do was pay our co-pay. Dr. Thomas took the time to listen to my son and asked questions to get a good understanding of how to treat his back. He is very kind and genuinely cared about fixing my sons pain. He showed him the correct exercises to strengthen his back muscles to prevent this type of injury again. I would definitely recommend Dr. Thomas for any athlete. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in an easy to understand manner. As a mother, knowing that Dr Thomas truly cared about my sons health definitely made this an excellent experience! read more

Very disappointed in this office. Made them aware I was a brand new patient, in fact never seen a chiropractor ever. Scheduled the appointment and then show up. Go through insurance paperwork and my insurance has a deductible to meet. Not able to pay the entire bill all at once but wanted to work 1/2 now and 1/2 next week. Wouldn't even budge. It's ok. Loss of business on their part. I'll go elsewhere. read more

Dr Thomas and his staff made me feel like an old friend. He was not the typical crack your neck and send you on your way. He spent tons of time on education and at home exercises to elevate pain. read more

I would never recommend this chiropractor to anyone ever. I made my appointment the day before my appointment. I called and talk to the girl at the front desk and told her I had not been there in years. I asked her if I would Have to get an x-ray done and would my Insurance cover it. I also asked her about my visit and would I have to pay for it. This is my secondary chiropractor. I like to have two chiropractors just in case I need to get adjusted and my regular chiropractors booked up. I was informed that I would not need an x-ray and that my insurance would cover my visit. She told me she would see me the next day and bring my insurance cards with me was also told that my full time chiropractor could send over any paperwork necessary including x-rays. She just told me to bring my insurance cards and everything would be fine. My appointment time was at 8:30 AM I showed up at 8:20. When I got there they had me to feel out the papers to retrieve any records from my other chiropractor after I turned in my paperwork the girl at the front desk told me that I would have to get an x-ray and pay for it and that it would not cover my visit for the day. I began to explain my phone conversation with them The day before. She just kept telling me that there was nothing she could do and that the doctor told her via phone ??? that morning that he needed x-rays. my question is when she put me on hold the day before while I was making my appointment and asking all these questions who did she ask apparently not the doctor. So when I asked to speak to the doctor she said that he was running late and slept in this morning. I have To admit at that point I was getting a little upset and I told them I could not believe that my appointment is at 8:30 and here it is almost 9 I Clock and the doctors not even Here !! I told them that I was going to Sit here and wait on the dr and talk to him and try to get it worked out together. About 10 minutes went by and a woman walked in the door and looked at me with the meanest look and asked me if I had a problem and what was going on. I asked her if she worked there and she said no that she was the owner of the building and told me that I needed to leave and I would not be happy there and I needed to go somewhere else. I told the lady what had happened and that I just wanted to get adjusted and go home. I sat there quietly for another 15 minutes as they talked in the back Together. And then the police showed up. I had no idea that they were there because of me. I had not done anything wrong had not yelled at anyone cussed at anyone. All I did was explain what they told me the day before and told them I was waiting on the doctor. The police took me outside and asked me what was wrong. I explain to them everything !! They were extremely nice to me and told me that they were sorry but there must've been some type of misunderstanding because of the language barrier. I was humiliated and did not understand at all why or how it got to that point. it was to 930 10 o'clock no patients were in the office and the doctor was still not there. I sat in my car made another appointment, went to the appointment got adjusted with no issues and no problems. There are several things that bothers me about this situation that happened to me. The first one is that I did have to get an x-ray when I went to my second appointment however they informed me that my insurance covers one x ray per yr and that my visit was covered. All of this could've been prevented if the girls at the front desk had known that I could've gotten the x-ray and my insurance would've covered it Along with my visit , or at least called to check. They were completely wrong and treated me like a criminal. I asked them if the doctor is not here right now how did he tell you that I needed an x-ray after she told me the day before I did not have to get one,She told me that he texted her as well as texting her but he was running late and slept in. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Not only was I humiliated But I was also told one thing and then told another the day I got there. Not to mention that the doctor texted that he was running late because he slept in. This office is not professional whatsoever. They were extremely Unorganized and had no professionalism to handle this situation which they caused. As I began to tell people about this situation they informed me that this is not a good place to get adjusted and if they had heard bad things about this place as well. So maybe it all worked out for the best. read more

I have been a patient here since February of 2018. I have always suffered from lower back pain but never had it checked out. Well that was until I was doing kick boxing to lose some weight and after the 4th session I went home and I couldn't walk the next day. After doing some research and trying to find the location that was not to far to drive due to my pain I found Thomas Chiropractic Center. I was extremely nervous and I let him know that right away. After my x-rays which Dr. Thomas explained very well and didn't leave a detail out I found out that the pain was from Scoliosis and due to never getting it check out I now have a herniated disc. Dr. Thomas set up a plan right away to get me the care I needed, he also does physical therapy which has been a major help. Dr. Thomas and staff are extremely friendly and they care about there patients. Dr. Thomas has answered every question I had and explained in detail of what he was doing. When it was time to have my neck cracked for the first time was the funniest appointment till today, but he made me feel comfortable. I did have to stop going for some months due to I could not afford my copayment due to other issues in life. After talking with Catalina his assistant I was able to work out a short term payment plan. I love this office they treat you as if you are family. I will continue to recommend people to come to Dr. Thomas. read more
