I am 23 and I lift 5 to 6 days a week. I knew I had excellent form during my exercises but was starting to develop severe back pain. Finally I made a appointment with Dr. Stump. He did a very thorough exam trying to figure out my exact issue and how I could solve it. His experience goes much farther than just walking in popping my back and neck and then sending you on your way. He has conversations with you and really gets to the source of you pain. After only 4 months I am completely pain free in my back and I continue to go once a month for maintenance. And I know what your thinking well now that I'm going just once a month he's just adjusting my back and sending me on my way. No way. He still has in depth conversations each time I go and if I say my shoulder is irritating me, the next thing I know my arm is up in the air and he is figuring out if there is a issue and adjusting as needed. I have issues with stenosis and pain originating in the sciatic nerve. I also have a degenerative disc issue and have seen multiple specialists and have tried everything from laser treatments to spinal injections (epidural injections into the spinal cord) and several types of tens devices to ease my pain.
