Since the outbreak of Covid-19, I have received 4 virtual treatments from Dr. Eap. As a creature of habit, I preferred in-person sessions, but all virtual treatments have been easy, efficient, effective, and honestly, just as successful as office appointments. I am also starting to appreciate receiving treatments from the comforts of my home without traveling an hour into Charlotte. My recent virtual treatments have addressed accidents, allergic reactions, and a structural-hormonal issue. For example, I fell facedown onto the hardwood floor, bashing my nose into my face. I'm a senior and just diagnosed with fibromyalgia from my Primary Care Provider meaning they have no idea what's causing the excruciating pain and stiffness I'm experiencing. I visited Dr. Eap two days ago. I have been suffering for a long time with digestive issues, an unexplained pain in my left shoulder blade, and anxiety. I have been to several medical doctors and when I told them about my symptoms they were consistently telling me that they had no relation to one another. I obviously knew that they did. Dr. Eap is amazing! She has been able to help me clear many issues over the years, ranging from physical pain to the more esoteric. She has helped my family and I will digestive issues, clearing toxicity safely, and emotional issues. Recently, she helped me clear some long-standing issues regarding my ability to study. I am a nurse and massage therapist with MS (19 years) who has experienced a lot in medicine from a personal standpoint. My husband and I were both skeptical about naturopath medicine at first. He's an engineer and I work in the field of public policy. We've always stuck strictly to the recommendations of M.D. and mainstream guidelines. However, when our 2 1/2 year old son struggled with allergy problems (seasonal and food) for over a year, we decided to try alternative medicine. At 2 1/2 years old, our son had a severe allergic reaction after taking Motrin (something he's taken before) to calm a fever; he broke out into hives all over his body, face, and head. His eyes were swollen shut as he cried and we rushed him to the ER. The doctors immediately injected him with Epinephrine and considered medivac-ing him to the nearest PICU. It was the scariest thing that a mother could ever experience, especially while still breastfeeding for a 6 month baby.
