With my shop experience, I know that a proper work order should be created with an estimate of shop materials and then updated with a modified number at end of something changed. It also is supposed to be signed before any work is done on your car, and that simply wasn't done here. Although it was only a few dollars extra, the lack of transparency in the process left a bad taste in my mouth. Next time, I'll be looking for a shop that follows standard procedures and is more upfront about their costs.

The identified problems were FIXED and NO unexpected new issues over the past ~6 mths drive time since the 1st repair was done and ~2 wk since 2nd repair done (but lots of mile - couple of road trips, lol). 2. Their bumper-to-bumper inspection is detailed in a an online report (pics; vids; descriptions). It identifies critical issues (fix now); concerns (fix to prevent bigger issues); consider (future items). The report helped me to plan/ budget the repairs. 3. After asking for the full report, they provided even though they knew I might have sticker shock which I did. They patiently walked me through and answered my many questions via the phone, and let me take time to decide on options: keep/invest or trade in. The report allowed me to consider new vehicle (prices/longterm commitment) vs. the one-time fixes. With a shop that truly fixes the problem and no unexpected new problems, am keeping my baby; well that and she is fun to drive, lol. 4. The online report/ front office staff (Connor; Averie) are able to keep up with my extremely busy work schedule; are genuinely professionally patient with a non-mechanical person (me); if they didnt know the answers they asked the mechanics and got back to me quickly which provided insights on the repair options and then let me decide what works for me/ my budget/ my future plans. ...Again, this shop is now "my place".

By 9:51 i received a text with the quote; over $11,300.00 dollars and it said engine replacement. I did some research and found out it could be my VVT (variable Valve Timing) could possibly be clogged. I did two engine oil flushes changing filters between flushes. Put new oil in and it hasn't happened since. Today it is 6/2/2025 and it is running great. Do yourselves a favor and don't take your ride any where near this place. Confusing process: The drive-in car wash requires you to pay at a cashier around the corner from the entrance with a gate. I've never seen a setup like this it seems like a waste of real estate which could be more parking for the store next store or maybe WORKING vacuums. Usually payment is quick and convenient at the entrance, either via a booth attendant or a handheld POS brought to your vehicle. This setup felt unnecessarily complicated. Poor business plan. 2. Poor washing quality: The pre scrub attendant barely did anything, the brush barely touched my truck, and even after going through the wash I still had to wipe bird droppings off my windows myself. Bugs on the grille were untouched, which I understand takes more effort, but overall the wash felt rushed and incomplete. 3. Broken vacuum equipment: I tried four different vacuum stations. The first had a broken hose attachment, the second had no power on one side, and the same issues repeated at other booths. I don't know if the 40 was a special, but they did a great job, and it was quick. The waiting area of the car wash is beautiful. They have a kid place, and an area to sit with multiple circuits so you can work. I was able to work while getting my car cleaned in a nice area. They also have waters and a nice coffee machine. I'll definitely be back!
