Amazing customer care. From the front door to the repair technicians. They provide a sincere quality care the moment I walked into the facility. I reached out to Wheel Repair Solutions because my front tire hit a huge pothole on the freeway causing my Lexus rim to be bent. Christian was the senior technician that spoke to me about my factory rim and the damage from the pothole. He fixed the rim and it was better than new. It looked beautiful and perfect. When I took the rim to get the tire mounted I discovered small pin hole air bubbles coming from the rim during the water test. I took the Lexus rim back and Christian worked on it again. After the welding we discovered that the entire wheel was completely compromised from the high speed impact from the road hazard. Christian wanted to continue to work on the rim, but at this point I said safety would be to just give up on the rims integrity. The team at Wheel Repair Solutions kindly refunded my money. After all the worked they did I was happy with their efforts. This gesture was above and beyond. I was so grateful. Thank you so very much. I will forever refer all friends and family to your business. read more

I had some significant curb rash on a couple of my HREs (ouch!) and it was time to get them all refinished. After talking to the local car community and less than good experience with other repair shops, I chose Wheel Repair Solutions to get this important project done. They did an excellent job, mounted a fresh set of P-Zeros and it looks great, and at a competitive price. Top recommendations! read more

I had a tire rim that became warped. Gave this place a try. I was surprised how clean the place was and with level of service. The repair cost less than expected and they did the work over night (less than 24 hour turn around time). They did very good job restoring the rim. They reinstall the tire on the rim, balanced it, put the wheel back on the car and put the spare back. Very complete service. I highly recommend this place. read more

Highly recommended. Turn around was next day, fast and high quality work. My wheels came out perfect as I wanted. Price was excellent too. All my dent and 2 cracks on rim was repaired nicely. read more

I returned with a second bent wheel problem early April. I mentioned to Wade how I still had the vibration, but it seemed like the right rear, and the wheel I was bringing them was a spare (5th wheel, as it were). The left rear was the previous repair, and I didnt fee anything in the steering wheel, it just seemed to be in the rear. Wade said they would repair it, and for me to bring the car in and they would swap the wheel for the suspected bent one on the right rear. When the wheel was repaired, I came in during the day and they checked the right rear and found a slight out-of-roundness so they swapped it for the freshly repaired wheel and balanced it perfectly. I now have no vibration in the rear. I probably have a slight bit in the front, but that might be due to poor balancing at the tire shop. No doubt in my mind these guys will get the problem fixed, whatever it takes. And they are easy to work with. I highly recommend them. Six Stars if that were possible. read more

Arrived the day before around 430 pm to drop off the bent wheel. Bent during the recent abundance of rain, oddly so, in Plano. A pothole was to blame but the damage was done. They checked it and informed that it can be fixed... pay attention here- this is the time to determine if the wheel is bent beyond repair or if it can be conditioned. I was asked to come back after 1130 am the next day. If they call you before then - Bad news Jack (you will need to sort out a solution if there is one to be had) If not, I happily paid 130$ USD and thanked them for a job well done. I went to Wheel Repair Solutions at the recommendation from a friend because I had some scratches from scraping a curb. The company quickly looked at damage and promised a less than 24 hour turn around. The next day they had repaired the damage and the wheel and rims look like new. I was considering replacement because of the scratches but happy i went here first. I highly recommend them. Repair vs replacement saved me well over $500 in OEM rim cost. read more

My front passenger tire kept slowly losing air. Thought it was a nail so I took it to Discount Tire. They said my rim was slightly bent and put some sealant on it which lasted about 2 weeks before the leak started again. Found this place on Yelp. They do their rim repair at night so you have to leave your vehicle there overnight. Called the next morning and it was ready for pickup. For $100, my tire has not lost anymore air (repair was done 12/14) so it looks like they fixed it correctly. Overall very easy to work with and saved $$$ as I didn't have to purchase a new rim. read more

Ive been going here for over 10 years. I estimate my spending to be at least over 10k at this place. It's been a great run. There has been some broken tps stems on my rims when I get them back. Didn't say anything. Some chips. Didn't say anything. A cap missing. Didn't say anything. I just rolled with it. Now I know I shouldn't have. 2 weeks ago. Had my Mercedes rim fixed from me scraping a curb. Took the rim off and delivered it to the shop. A few days later I picked rim up. Paid the 100 plus bucks like I've always had and went home like usual. When I took my rim out of my truck and rolled it to my car. I noticed a 8 inch slash in it exposing the steel belt. I didn't put the tire on. I called the next day and was asked to bring the rim back. I drove 20 miles to this spot. He took the wheel and tire and proceeded to tell me about the wear and tear and told me how he hated pirellis and so forth. I don't like them either is what I told him. But it is what it is. He was saying he didn't know if he could find that tire and prorations and crap. And asked me to leave the tire. Then he said go to where I got the tire from and see if I can get it prorated there or whatnot. After that I was like hell naw. I went back inside and told him that the equipment slashed the tire and it shouldn't be like that. He totally agreed. But then proceeded with the wear and tear the tire had. And I told him again. That the tire didnt come in like that. It shouldn't return to me like that. He kept on with that blah blah blah. I left because I know how stuff like this can come to. So I left. It's a damn shame that this very good business relationship got ruined. Here's a picture Of the slash. It wasn't there when I brought the tire and rim in. read more

brought my Porsche wheels in and they "fixed" them. I test drive the car and it still has problem so I park it and it got blocked in by other cars. I'm like dam I'll take it to a repair shop. well I do that about a month later when I get it out and the shop says your wheels bent. I take it back in and this place is like quit hitting curbs. I'm like I haven't driven the car but on test drive and didn't hit any curbs. sob charges me another $100 and says it would never get passed them like that. well it did and I'm out $100 and time bc you guys cant do the job correctly the first time. read more

Being my first time here I was hesitant and it being friday i was limited on repair shops. Unfortunately my line of work I couldn't leave my car and needed repair done same day. Call shops like ARS Wheels and they didn't seem like they wanted to work with me even after i offered to pay extra. Called the guys here at Wheel Repair Solution and Christian (forgive me if i misspelled the name) worked with me and squeezed me in for an appointment. Best thing was it was gonna be fixed in 6hrs and for $100 flat!! Definitely recommend this place for good quality work at an affordable price plus the awesome customer service! read more

Took my Lexus in to have a wheel fixed that had road rash on the side due to a curb that jumped out in front of me. LOL These guys did an outstanding job to repair it and you couldn't tell it had ever been damaged. Very good customer service, completed ahead of schedule, and they called me to let me know when it was ready. So much cheaper then a new wheel from the dealer, and you can't even tell the difference. Easy experience.. having a cracked wheel was not fun but it far more affordable that previously thought.. service was fast and pleasant.

I was recommended to come here by the car salesman we go through at Lexus Grapevine. The best possible experience throughout the whole transaction. We dropped of the vehicle Friday and picked up Saturday morning with the matte black finish looking amazing! The reason I am giving 5 stars is for the service. The rims came out amazing, but on Saturday right be for I came to pick up the vehicle a call came from them. The card reader was down but in order to take care of the inconvenience he took $30 off each wheel! I really appreciated the gesture and had no problem coming and paying with cash! Wish I could remember the guys name, but regardless they are professional and provide outstanding service! Can't wait to take care of my other cars read more

The nerve of this guy (picture shown above) I went in with a hairline crack on the lip of my rim....and this is what they call a repair....After arguing with the guy for about 10 minutes about how horrible the job was,he still had the nerve to ask me for the $100....he didn't offer to fix it,he told me to get my rim and get the hell out of here!!!! I WILL ADMIT HE DIDNT CHARGE ME FOR THE CRAP WELD....BUT I WOULDNT HAVE EITHER,I WOULD HAVE BEEN EMBARRASSED CHARGING SOMEONE FOR THIS KIND OF WORK!Do yourself a favor and shop around before committing to these guys.....I went in there because my wheel was cracked from the inside causing the tire to leak air...Tire Bead/Sealant isn't going to do the trick...any tire shop will put Sealant around your tires for $10 why pay $100??? read more

I decided to have my current wheels powdered coated instead of replacing, so a coworker recommended the business. At the time they had a Yelp coupon which I used. OK, so after I got new tires and an alignment, my car was STILL vibrating at high speeds. We took it back to Discount Tire and YES, one of my wheels got dinged! We started researching the cost of Lexus IS350 wheels...$300 to $600!!! CRAP!! So, we started also researching wheel repair places. Hubby talked to a place in South Dallas that said it would be $150 to repair, $20 to take the wheel off, another $20 to rebalance...BLAH BLAH! So, we called this place (which was way closer) and they were very professional and up-front and said $125 to $185, depending on the damage. My husband got off the phone and said, "OK, I like them...we'll go there" So, I head out there...it's in an industrial park, very clean and easy to find. One of the guys there took my car back, took my wheel off for me, put my spare on and said "No problem, it'll be $100 and you can come and pick it up tomorrow between 10 am and 5pm" HELL YEAH! I was sooo excited. He even complimented me on my baby car seat (it's a Britax) and said, "Good car seat, I have the same exact one!" If you need a wheel repaired...PLEASE go there, you will not be disappointed. read more

I hydroplaned and totally jacked up two rims--both longgggg ago discontinued specialty rims from Japan. The replacement cost was almost 500 each...and only one rim exists for sale on this planet we call Earth. I took the rim to WRS and they had the wheel ready in 24 hours. The shop is very very nice, in an industrial park in Carrollton. Very easy to find, well signed. Johnny and Justin took great care of me, and had the rim looking good as new! The cost was $120 each....which is not small change, but cheaper than even a steel spare tire wheel. i FULLY AND COMPLETELY RECOMMEND W.R.S.!!!! If you have a busted, cracked or scraped wheel, do yourself a favor and come here. I live in Plano and the only other alternatives were in far south Dallas and off of Harry Hines and I35--NO THANKS!!! read more

These guys are awesome!!!! I bought some new wheels two months ago and hit a very rough ridge on the road. I bent the wheel pretty bad and my car immediately wobbled when I drove it. I took my car to them, they took the wheel off and had it completely straight again in a hour! I saved hundreds from not having to buy a new wheel. I was given a quote over the phone to remove paint and high polish my aluminum corvette wheels for $130 per wheel. I was excited about getting the new shine. I may the long trip to the WHEEL REPAIR SOLUTIONS facility to be told that they don't do this. They can paint polished wheels but not polish painted wheels. I was very careful to be sure and double check that they would remove the paint and polish the wheels to a high luster. Very dissapointed and cannot recommend. read more

The crew at WRS are top notch. Love dealing with Wade whenever I have to come in, makes the process much easier and takes off the irritation from bending a rim haha. Been here many times between the past few cars. I'd stand by their quality, and they get the wheel repairs done quickly. They've helped with rash, bends, and powdercoating.
