Each piece of chicken was individually flavored with generous portions. I can also taste the finely chopped onions, soft yet plump tomatoes, sour cream and another secret sauce. All of these meats, vegetables and sauces topped a bed of fluffy rice. My taste buds were dancing! Shiv was super kind and accomodating. There is covered seating near the food truck. They have a very unique food concept. You can buy chips at the gas station and they will add toppings from the food truck, I.e. like a Dorito or Frito pie with a spice tip. Give Krave Kitchen a try!

Most of the flavor is on the outside though and because the chicken is so juicy and big the crust falls off. The chicken sand which is HUGE. There is so much meat and the ratio seems really off. The bread gets really soggy fast but the coleslaw and pickles are a nice addition. The flavors are really solid. The medium is the perfect spice for me. The tenders are okay, since I got mild it wasn't really flavorful and the dang sauce isn't very flavorful either. Food was made to order because it was HOT. The Batagor Fried Dumplings were a large portion and very filling. We loved the peanut sauce for dipping. Lastly the Empal Gentong w/smoked brisket had a sizable portion of brisket included and the broth itself was both flavorful and light. This instantly became my favorite burger spot around after my first visit. The staff are always kind, the food comes out fast, and everything I've had has been consistently amazing. I've worked my way through pretty much the whole menu at this point, including several burgers and even the chicken sandwich's, and honestly it's all been ridiculously good. The burger patties are flavorful, juicy, and perfectly greasy in the best possible way. The Nirvana sauce takes everything to another level and has become mandatory for me anytime I go. My personal favorite is the California Classic, and I always get the double because it's just too good not to.
