What a concept for us folks from out of town.. a food cart lot..with tons of seating.. well.. let's talk about these tacos.. I had the 3 tacos with handmade tortillas meal..and it was DELICIOUS!!! spend the extra $2 for handmade tortillas. Best tacos in town. Consistently full in flavor and portion. They've taken the simple street taco to a new level. Make sure you order the homemade tortillas. Choose from steak, chicken, pork, or marinated pork all equally rich in flavor. My husband orders 4 and I 2 or 3. We love all the choices so we order all and share bites. Another favorite of mine is their salad. It's not just meat and lettuce. It's loaded with tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce, plus onions if you want. Then the meat!!! Always a very generous portion. We visit Dahlias at the Beehive at least once a week. Because they're the overwhelming favorite of everyone, the wait can be a tad long at times. I'm addicted to their asada tacos and their green sauce. I love their food and the girl who works there, Stephanie, is such a doll. I was recently in L.A. and had some darn good street tacos. When I got home, I was craving them, so I decided to try Dalia's. I was not disappointed! I went back several times in one week and will never stop going (I did slow down because, really, who needs to eat tacos EVERY day?). Each time I have been the service is wonderful and the food is even better. I'm so glad I found them! I would definitely recommend them, and have, and my friends have loved it too! I can always tell the food is made fresh, especially the green sauce, because I've been one day where it might be mild and a couple days later it's a lot more spicy or vice versa. This place is good, but not great. Judging against other taco trucks is hard because the competition in this town is fierce! Tried the adobada and pollo tacos today (the carnitas was sadly not ready yet at 1pm). Also opted for the handmade tortillas. Everything was just...good...not bland, but not super flavorful either. You get one cup of red and green salsa and have to pay for extra. If you live on the South end of town and want some tacos, then this place will satisfy. But if you live in the middle or in North Salem, then there are far better options. Places that will make you say things like "WOW!" and "Holy %$#@! that was tasty!" with salsa bars that have many many options. read more

Come and eat! Dalia, her two hard working kid's Stephanie & Alex will serve up the best tacos in town. We LOVE them and their food. Finally Salem has a food truck community and has a fantastic selection. We get our handmade taco at Dalia's, grab a beer and hard cider at the tab house and then sit down and enjoying the setting and then for dessert we wonder over to get the most amazing cake pops. Be prepared to wait for your food. We ordered from two separate food trucks and was astonished how long our food took from here. It took 45 minutes to get one burrito. We were kind of in shock. Yes, it was busy and we expected it to take awhile but not this long. The burrito was very large and flavorful. My husband and I stopped by here for lunch today, and overall really enjoyed it. I ordered three handmade tacos (carnitas, pollo, and adobada), and my husband ordered a carnitas quesadilla and a Mexican Coke; all for $11.50. The carnitas were very good. They were nice and tender and flavorful, and we both loved them. My chicken taco was a little bland. It has flavor, just not amazing and a little dry. The adobada (explained to me as "like al pastor but without the pineapple") had great flavor but also was a little dry. The handmade tortillas the tacos were made with were fantastic; light, fluffy and flavorful. The green and red salsas were really good, and both were very spicy. I was bummed I didn't get to try the guacamole salsa, but it hadn't been made yet. That's okay, we'll definitely be back for some more carnitas and hopefully will get to try it next time. read more

I like the meat quesadilla, because they taste good, and you can choose mini or normal. Then there are burritos that taste good and they also have mini and normal. Also, there are street or handmade tacos. Many choices of meat, and handmade are the best. I recommend it to everybody who likes Mexican food read more

The carne asada fries were not my fav though as there wasn't any cheese or guac on it.
