I got a blended matcha with boba, I really enjoyed it! Good flavor and the boba was chewy and on-point! The only hold up(s) I had with this particular spot was that some drinks are VERY sugary, and the customer service really needs some work, the person was lowkey cold to us and we waiting at least 25+ mins for our orders when only one other person had ordered before us. (Mostly) Good drinks and food, but the employees really need more/better training. read more

Went here once and wasn't sure why reviews were bad, they were quick and it tasted good. Came back again, and now I understand. They state that they are open, but there was only one person working and she told me she had to take a break so she couldn't make my drink and no one else was there to make it. I understand people needing breaks, but they should have a second person available to take over OR change their hours to reflect break times. Very rude worker. (At Salem Oregon Commercial STreet location) I simply asked him if the syrups were natural or artificial - "I don't know...I don't own the cart. I have powders and syrups that I mix." Okay - so maybe he needs more training? You should be able to tell a consumer what they are drinking! I ordered the almond boba tea. He asked if I would like any jelly or toppings. I said just the boba tea. Then there were no boba pearls in it. I have never gotten a boba tea with no boba. He once again was rude. I did not realize they consider the bubbles a topping. It is included everwhere else in town. It doesn't really seem to qualify as a "topping" since it sinks to the bottom and is really a signature feature of the drink. I just had to walk away and threw away the drink. A complete waste of $6.00. I will not recommend Bobablastic. I do recommend Beehive Station though - Love everything else about it:) read more

My boyfriend and I have given this place a lot of business. Won't be the case anymore. We were at the beehive station grabbing dinner & he walked over to order us some boba teas before heading out. There were a couple girls in front of him and no one behind him in line. After the girls ordered, they walked around to the side where you pick up your drinks. The young guy working told the girls to "Watch this. This is how you do it" and slammed the window shut as my boyfriend was standing right in front of it waiting to order. He followed that with flipping their sign to "Closed". It was around 6:15 in the evening, and their hours show that they're open until 10PM. Seemed like the guy was trying to "show off" in front of the girls. I don't really know why a business would turn down customers & their money. At any rate, it was super rude. read more

I am simply reviewing the flavor of my coffee with boba tea..i didn't really much care for it, if I was quite honest. It tasted like regular Folgers coffee with cheap white sugar in it blended with ice. Literally tasted like something I made at home and makes me wanna go number #2 shortly after..as for the location and food cart type ordeal it was interesting if you don't mind leaving your car and walking over. The customer service was great too, the guy helping us was nice! All in all I prefer this other place in Tigard but I would go back and maybe try something else? read more

This is the second time my wife and I have been to bobablastic and we have been thoroughly impressed. If I see boba anywhere I give it a try and often times I'm disappointed by the result. I don't like boba (bubble tea) that's too sweet (no thank you diabetes) and I don't like when it's not like a smoothie. My favorite tapioca is chewy but not soggy, and slightly sweet but not sugary. Bobablastic deserves my seal of approval for amazing customer service and quality boba bubble tea. Seriously come check them out, worth it read more

Took my daughter to get a salmon poke bowel, chocolate covered banana and chili cheese fries. The customer service was horrible, she clearly just wanted us to go away. We waited patiently for about 20 minutes (not a long wait), keep in mind we only had one couple ahead of us. We patiently waited while a group of three came up to ordered and realized that possibly the 3 containers by the pickup window was probably ours so we finally headed over to the pickup window, she immediately came to the window and shut it in our face while making eye contact with us. We continued to wait another 20 minutes until she had to open the window for the people after us to give them their order. She pretty much threw the boxes that were the same boxes she shut the window on us in the beginning . We we grateful for the food except the freezer burnt nasty uneditable bannana which went into the garbage. We did however eat the cold chili cheese fries. The poke bowl was amazing! All and all we waited over 45 minutes, maybe she just had a bad breakup? read more

The Boba was overcooked and mushy, and the ice in my smoothie tasted kind of freezer burned. My rose strawberry tea was also VERY sweet, but sometimes that's normal. My hot dog was also lukewarm and the bun was stale. I went there around 1 pm so maybe later or earlier in the day would be better, not sure. May try them again in the future. read more
