The food is great and the people makin it are just as great! Very personable and courteous - less formal - but still courteous. Food truck with amazing tacos, yes please. Ordered from here on a DoorDash recommendation and we were not disappointed. We tried the adobada, carnitas and asado street tacos with the carnitas being the fave. They were the perfect way to kickoff backyard dining season. My only disappointment was that we couldn't mix tacos in a single order, but hey, extra tacos is not a bad thing. read more

Great food. Service was top tier. Ambiance was what you expect from a food truck..............

First time here. I wasn't happy with my steak tacos the steak is hard! The area was in good location. The lady wasn't too friendly!

Best tacos in town hands down! Great friendly service and the food is consistently the most delicious in town!

Great people, fantastic food. I do a custom order on the burritos and have them add more meat and less rice. It's enough for two different meals.! read more

Love the food. I love that they always know my order! Personally my favorite burrito in Oregon.

Some of the best adobada I've had in Salem! Food is consistently good, and they offer hand made tortillas

Super nice folks. Had the street tacos (chicken and pork) and they were phenomenal. Great sauce the meat was flavorful and not dry. It was a busy day but they were quick and had it hit n ready for us to enjoy. I'm heading back to try the monster burrito. read more

Absolutely best authentic mexican food you could get! Beautiful food presentation with good portions! The tortas, & burrito bowls are my go to! Highly Highly recommend read more

This place is a hidden gem of a food truck. Located in the BeeHive food truck park, Dahlia's really does Mexican food well. Fresh ingredients, great salsa, amazing flavor. I've eaten here many times. Street tacos, burrito bowl, taco salad, and my favorite go to, the giant chicken burrito. For only $9.00, this massive burrito is one of the best I've ever had. It is huge though. There is a mini version for $5.00. It's worth it! Timing is a little bit of an issue. So, be prepared to wait for food when it's busy. read more

It's one of the best food authentic foods that you can find. The owners are very nice and attentive. Great location to have a quick bite to eat. read more

Wow. This food truck has amazingly delicious food! The homemade tacos are made with freshly made corn tortillas that are awesome. I would suggest them over the street tacos which had store bought tortillas. Only a 50c difference. I've been here twice now. Both times I had to have the adobado pork homemade taco which has a effectively spicy kick to it. I suggest paring it with the avocado salsa. The tacos are full of meat making two tacos a satisfying meal. Order three if your a big eater or really hungry! The carne asada and carnitas were also tried in the two visits and everything was top notch for sure. Dalia is the truck stop to make at this fun little food truck village. Seating is plentiful of outside tables, many under tents to protect from the wind and even have heaters. read more

I always thought of Marcos as the gold standard for tacos around these parts, but this little taco truck in South Salem is the new king. Their street tacos are $1.75 each, so they're a little on the spendy side, but they pack them with SO MUCH meat that they're a great value. And that meat is so flavorful. I particularly recommend the carnitas; deep flavor and wonderful texture and taste. They do them with the 2 of the small tortillas, which I love, and they even crisp them up a bit. SO GOOD. They also have tacos with their homemade tortillas. These are a little more expensive but also a little bigger. You get more filling but only the single tortilla, and it's not crisped up. I personally prefer the regular ones. They also do a mean Mexi-salad, with meat of choice, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and a yummy avacado-y dressing. Service is adequate and fairly quick. Prices are also very reasonable. read more

Best food so delicious, I didn't have enough money for food for me and my dad and she gave us a extra burrito for free. So very kind and much appreciated. 100 percent recommend. So so very kind. read more

I've tried this cart 3x, hoping next time will be better but it's not. Last time extra cost add ons werent there, this time I only asked for mild sauce, nothing extra, and no sauce. The tortillas were dry, hard, hard to eat, the chicken extremely dry, the quesadilla was good, but would been good with sauce. read more

Street and handmade tacos are delicious and fresh. Portions of meat are fair. Meat flavor is great. Love the fresh onions, cilantro, radishes and lime. Nice green and red salsas. I'll admit I like the handmade tacos a little better, but both are really good. I also really enjoy their burritos. Very consistent, good flavor, and fillings are always fresh. I haven't tried anything else just because, but I would be surprised if other items were not just as good. Always satisfying and definitely enjoy coming here. read more

I love this place. My family tries to go as often as possible. We especially love the chicken and marinated pork street tacos! So much flavor, and a great price too. Another item on the menu that I love is the Sopes. These are thick handmade tortilla with refried beans, meat, lettuce, cotija cheese that tase so good. They are made to order and take about 15 minutes, but they are worth the wait. In fact, stop reading this review right now and go order one. I'll say it again, I love this place. read more

Yummy! As far as street tacos go, this seems to be a pretty good place. I got the combo box because it was my first time and I wanted a bit of everything. I was in the mood for street food and this really helped the craving. In the box is a street taco, mini quesadilla, and mini burrito. Very filling. Also a bit greasy but that was probably just my choice of meat. I also didn't really care for the burrito, there wasn't much in it. But the taco and quesadilla were great! Will definitely go here again. read more

Love the food! Tacos or burritos, can't miss. The staff is fantastic as well and super fast. My go to for Tacos.

I love this place. They consistently produce a great taco. Their marinades and seasonings are perfect in my opinion. Whenever I want a taco, this is where I go. They are also the most consistent with their hours and service. Very nice people read more

Solid 2 stars for Dalia's. I will say they are probably one of the better taco trucks in south salem. Wait, they're the only one. It's very hit or miss these days which makes me sad because they used to be great. No consistency. Incorrect order or missing items. Now let me tell you about the customer service...that's where they really shine. I would say 9 out of 10 times I've called to order the person on the other end was instantly rude (and I'm placing a very simple order and trying my best not to be annoying). I understand how stressful and hectic food service is but they need to pull it together. read more

I went on a lunch break today for the first time. I was blown away. I didn't think Oregon had good Mexican food. This place is legit. The fresh tortillas are out of this world. The only place I've found that is equal to the Mexican food in Southern California. You can't beat their prices either. I was able to grab a beer from another food cart. Cute little spot. I will definitely be returning. read more

Excellent burritos and tacos!! The red salsa is very good too!! Call ahead and order during busy times as the wait could be a little long.

My favorite burrito in Salem! The service is great, they always know my order! My favorite is the giant veggie burrito or the nachos!

The food was legit bussin get the steak quesadilla it comes with three slices but we could not wait and ate one before the picture! it's super flavorful and the meat is well marinated and seasoned. well paired with green sauce and sour cream! i'm already craving another one read more

It's not bad but also not the best I've ever had. They are fast, courteous and upbeat. The portions for "mini" burritos and nachos is HUGE. Tried the Home made tortilla street tacos with carne asada for $1.75 each and honestly preferred the ones at the Saturday Market you got 3 for $8. Nachos also had carne asada but had a lot of gristle making it chewy. read more

Dalia's Taqueria - This was just a "mini" order of nachos w/carne asada for only $4! But had ALOT of gristle making it hard to eat. - Food Trucks Near Me - Salem, Oregon

Always great and tasty food! Homemade tortillas and a friendly service! The food tastes very authentic.

Maybe a five. I've tried all the taco meats in the mid-valley except for buche, and Dalia's adobada has the most intriguing texture and seasoning. I'm now a regular. South Salem is a taco desert compared to the north side. Comparative rankings can be unfair. Tacos el Machin in Albany is a sit-down restaurant with caramelized onions, pickled red onions, sliced radishes and limes, and four very distinguished homemade salsas. Food trucks, with their constricted workspaces, are a different animal. It's pretty remarkable that they often---successfully---offer a general Mexican menu. read more

Went here to day the day after 4th of July. About 5 pm..not too busy yet so manged to grab a parking spot. We came for tacos and tacos we got! THis was perhaps the busiest of the food carts by far..and we were about to find out why. Daughter got the pollo street tacos,,she ordered FIVE! I ordered the carne box with carnitas as the meat..it came with 4 superb homemade corn tortillas and so much meat! The sauces were really nice too. Nice rice and refireied beans excellent. Daughters tacos disappeared real fast..she ate them all..never seen that before. Good prices, good food..street tacos are a $1 on Monday early..really good quality for Taco Hell prices..why would you go to The Bell? Horchata was good also. Amazing read more

Hand made corn tortillas. Need I say more? They are the best!! Pulled pork is our fav, the steak is good, too. The burritos are HUGE!!! More than enough for two. The Combos are also a lot of food. Happy Dalia's is on our end of town. Make it a Dalia's Day! read more

Love this place. Their mega burritos are so good. The veggie burrito is $5 and it's enough for at least two meals for me. The guacamole sauce is incredibly delicious. The reasons for not giving five stars: -they run out of ingredients...a lot. -they're definitely the most popular truck at Beehive so the wait can get pretty long sometimes but really I guess that's not their fault. Definitely recommend this place. It's very good. read more
